Deficiency in services
I purchased select shadi plan on 02 jul 22 by paying Rs16000/+ through UPI. Accordingly I was assigned a marriage advisor. But the advisor could not provide service as agreed during the purchase of the plan. The same was discussed with the service head Ms Shubhangee Shivaki keleker. She agreed to make a partial refund of Rs 10666/- on 10 Aug 22. As no refund was received by me the matter was reminded to the service head.
Now yesterday i.e. on 22 Aug 22 i am informed that shadi did not realsed my payment. Is not it absurd? How you started the service with out realising the payment? Even if that is the case please send me the documentary proof regarding that. I have sent my transaction reference no showing completion of my payment.
Thank you
