For the last 20 days my order from meesho is lying with shadowfax. No delivery, no contact. Such a horrible service. I am tired of mailing. They just apologize nothing else.

I am working in Vedantu, My organization has sent an important to me which was supposed to be delivered yesterday but the delivery person didn't deliver it to me, when i called him he behaved so badly and he denied to come on my address, he said he will deliver it either in late evening or next day i.e., today
In yesterday's evening around 10pm, i got a message regarding my parcel has been delivered to me, when i tracked my order it was showing it has already been delivered to me on around 8:47pm.
I tried contacting him for the confirmation but calls were getting disconnected, now i have been trying to contact him from last night but calls are not getting connected
Delivery person marked my order has been delivered without actual delivering that, and initially he talked ridiculously
This is the way how Shadowfax treats its customers seriously, it's quite ashamed that company like Shadowfax provides such worse services and behaves in this way
I cant tolerate this behaviour of your delivery person and i want my parcel right away as it is very much important for me and my work

Hi I'm reqularly ordering from meeshow & recently I got 2 parcels which I haven't ordered & collected money from my mother inlaw. When I spoke with delivery boy he simply said ur phone was off & which would never happen as I'm a bank employee....now I unable to understand how to return the product as delivery boy refuse to take the product.

I had order from snap deal And due to some reason wanted to return and booked return but shawdowfax delivery person called me And told me that he will be coming on next day to pick up so give OTP so that they can tell snap deal that pickup was attempted he did This Many Times with me and I gave him OTP on the other hand I got a call from snap deal that pickup attempt was made by shawdowfax person where it's was not done I said no attempt was not done due to This I had to keep the item with me because it was late

My customer also didnt receive the product from meesho..but the delivery shows delivered on 15th june..and surprising part is that all other courier service have atleast one phone over the internet..but this one got none...

The person I contacted through insta placed order but when I got the order it was completely different order... And dey placed return request I returned it now no more information... I raise a Return request Kalpana Vankhede. The Parcel was picked by Courier boy on 25/3/2021, but in Tracking there is showing Customer is non Contactable. It means that there is wrong update on tracking. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. I will attached message from courier about pick up and Tracking.
