I ordered a product from meesho it was cod order but i paid in their tracking link website which I was able to pay but before payment my order was failed delivery so I paid the amount but after paying still my delivery got failed many times after some attempts of delivery the order got cancelled and it's been 15 days but I still didn't get my refund money it was 594rs i tried to contact them and first they told me to send the proof of my payment and account details so gave them proof of payment and my upi id i thought I will get my refund now but after that no reply no response from them it's my humble request to shadowfax please refund the amount

I urge you to look into this matter immediately and arrange for the pickup of my return as soon as possible. The delays and poor communication are unacceptable, and I expect a resolution at the earliest. Please provide me with a clear update regarding the status of my return.

I recently ordered a few products from Zivami, and the delivery partner assigned to my order was Shadowfax_Surface. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been quite disappointing. Each day, the tracking information indicates that my order will be delivered, but by evening, the status changes to "unable to reach the customer, will try to deliver tomorrow." This pattern continues for 4-5 days, and by the sixth day, the order status shows as returned.

When I attempt to contact the delivery agent each day, calls often go unanswered. On the rare occasion that I do reach the agent, he claims to be on leave today and promises to attempt delivery the next day. This cycle of false promises is frustrating.

For anyone considering using Shadowfax_Surface as a delivery partner, I would advise against it due to its unreliable service and empty promises.

The delivery experience was terrible.
I ordered from Nykaa. What kind of service is this? Shadowfax provides the worst service! The delivery person called, said he was at the location, and asked for the OTP, which I shared. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there at the time, so I requested him to give the product to our building owner on the first floor. Normally, our building owner and his wife receive our deliveries. However, the delivery guy didn’t hand the product to him.

Never had such a bad experience. Yesterday my courier was not delivered and your delivery boy first said he is coming by afternoon then updated that customer is non contactable and blocked my number. Today another delivery boy is talking since morning that he is coming and now he is also non contactable.
I have shared my location with company as well as delivery boy but till now no delivery done.
Worst company.

You and your Lalitpur (U.P.) partners are frauds...His Delivery boy named Rajesh Kumar took back my exchange product after receiving OTP from my side and now it's showing "exchange is successful". How disgusting people you are.Shame on you.

My order from flipkart was not delivered. I got the message "Out For Delivery" for the consecutive 3 days. At the end of each day their updation was "could not be delivered as the customer was not cantactable". Shadowfax harassed me for 3 days. After that they updated that "the shipment is being sent to original". Don't ever rely on shadowfax. It is the worst of the worst courier service I have ever seen in my life.

First of all, my sincere apologies to say that your service is very bad.As I requested for item exchange from Meesho, I waited for 3 days for exchange as per the message I got from Shadowfax, and finally the delivery boy cancelled the order. Again, I requested a return through the Meesho website on 19/09/24. It's been 4 days, and I am getting messages like your request is on hold. My order from Meesho has taken more than a month unnecessarily due to your service. If you don't have delivery or something else, please do not stay in the field.

Shadow fax is hopeless. They never contact you. Each time they give the reason as consignee is not available and they never make any attempt to deliver the consignment . The suppliers please donot partner with this courier for delivery .

How to return the product which you haven't ordered...and till when I will get my refund

This has happened several times now my delivery has got delayed these people deliver at 9 and 10 in the night and they expect customer to wait for the order this late what kind of service is this don't your delivery agents have some empathy firstly they don't pick the call. I had ordered a parcel from AJIO, and Shadowfax Dehradun was assigned as the delivery vendor.
I have been getting an Out for Delivery message for 5 days and no attempt was made.

Being fed up with this, I reached out to the agent whose number was provided and the agent started abusing/misbehaving.
I told him that I am forced to raise a complaint .
He said , he does not care and I can do whatever I want.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and these agents should be immediately fired and a police complaint should be made on their names.
