I have mailed , watsapp and called so many times in the given no of skinkraft . Still not received any revert call .. I am facing a issue regarding my order . My query is unsolved from last 15-20 days . There is no response from skinkraft team . It's highly unprofessional. I will not continue with u guys. If you have taken money . At least reply .. you can ask your office people to call at least .. very poor service ..

I have been waiting since so long it’s going to be almost 20days, you haven’t started the process to take you product back and refund money, since u people are ignoring me on Watsapp text also, never thought that you people severe such a poor service and for your gentle reminder I had cancelled my order and still you people sent it and I was out of town and my neighbour she had paid for the same as I already had a word with you people on 1st Aug, & today is 19th Aug. still u haven’t start the process to refund my money back. Damaged product received

Please help me...today i have got skincraft product but it is totally disgusting.all the liquids have fallen and there is no seal so that it has been wasted.i have paid 999/- but got damaged and used product not sealed also.The barrier repair lotion is totally wasted there is nothing in the bottle.while i have opened there is no seal .same issue in the cleanser also.but only dark spot correcter is ok.so i need to chanhe the total pack or i need my money back.

I got the product today n the lotion is totally wasted n the bottle was empty it’s really disappointing n they are not responding on what’s up also.What I feel they are trying to fool their customers n their attitude is very unprofessional.
