Worst Service / Response

On Nov 20th 2020, I engaged local service dealer (Mahavir Skoda Secunderabad) for general service. They prevailed upon me to subscribe for a two years service package by collecting (Rs eighteen thousand three hundred thirty three) which was paid through my debit card. They have stated that the amount is not received by them at the first instant. Presuming some defect in operating card transaction, I have remitted (Rs eighteen thousand three hundred thirty three) which was paid through another debit card of a different Bank.

No receipt or any package cover was issued to me. Afterwards I found both the card transactions were successful. When I sought the refund of one payment of (Rs eighteen thousand three hundred thirty three), no call is being entertained by customercare [at] skoda [dot] co [dot] in

Later on I have shown my vehicle to another qualified mechanic, who confirmed that the engine oil turned black suggesting the same was not changed in couple of months in the past.

Thus it is clear that the local dealer has not attended to general service or oil change in spite of collecting Rs 18333/- on the plea of two years free service package.Since no one is responding to my emails, I propose to initiate legal proceedings to teach them a lesson and to protect my financial interest.

PMS has no value, company does not honor their own document

ISSUE: We have PMS (4 years free service); still I have to pay for Service - Ahmedabad
Car Registration Number: GJ 01 RV 0507

We bought two Skoda Rapid in October 2016. At that time we paid for PMS charges Rs. 30000 per car.
After a year when service is due, I took my car for service – there I came to know it PMS (4 years free service) was not shown in your system. So service in charge informed that I have to pay for service – I showed them PMS letter and called Mr. Dhaval (Sales Person) & Mr. Arun Pandey (VP) at Skoda showroom. They talked to the service team, and I got my car with the first service without any charge.

The story did not end here. Now, for the second service – I faced the same issue, and it settled down the same way. They assured me that they would upgrade our record in the system.

Now, in this month I took my car for the third service. Again the same issue – record did not show in your system. Again I called Mr. Dhaval and Mr. Arun Pandey; this time they told me as ownership is changed at Ahmedabad, they need some time to update record – I have to pay for service, and they will reimburse the service charges.

After service, I paid fully for the charges from my pocket, when I tried to call Mr. Arun Pandey and Mr. Dhaval – I was not getting proper response from them. I felt like I am cheated from Skoda side.

I complained about the same issue when I gave a feed for Car Service. After that, I called toll free line and complained the same.

Please let me know –
1. Will I get reimbursement for the service charges what I paid?
2. Can Skoda update their system for PMS?

i own a skoda yeti which reg no is rj27cd7771 . in which 2017 the ac compressor was mistaken your udaipur service centre replaced nd put new they charging 48000 rs after 1 year ac again not working nd they dignos problem of gas leakage they fill up gas without removing problem after 7 montha in 2019 25 mar gas was again leakeg i told to dignos problem they dignos valve prob i agree to pay cost of valve but they need cost of ac gas . i hv no fault then why should i pay gas charges they pressurise me to pay nd u r manager amrish sing was on leave i call him but he pressuruse me y
to pay he misbehave also they charging 1500 rs so please take suitable action against amrish nd gv me justice
