I am extremely disappointed with Skrill. You restricted my account without valid reasoning and then deducted my hard-earned money as a "breach fee" without my consent. Despite numerous attempts to get my account verified, you keep giving me lame excuses and refuse to provide proper explanations. The breach fee was deducted of 150 euros which is not a joke to me. As a student I work day and night just to earn some money and these people are deducting just like that.

Your customer service is non-existent—you fail to respond to emails or provide any resolution to genuine issues. Do you even realize how many innocent people are being scammed by your practices? This has caused me immense mental stress and financial loss.

I will not stay silent about this—I plan to share my experience on social media to warn others. Respect your customers’ money and hard work, and as a company, show some humanity. I am ready to provide any document necessary for verification. All I ask is for you to refund my money. Stop exploiting people who trusted your platform.

I have transferred a total of 230 euros on my account and I need all the money refunded back to my account. I am ready to provide any kind of documents needed for verification, but please return my money back to me. It is a request. Below I have mentioned my bank details please do the needful.
