The service provided by skyline is poor. It's been more than 20 days and my complaint for electric kettle has not been answered.There is only one person to cater to east Delhi with more than 100 complaints. How can the complaint be resolved. Its pathetic response from such a reputed company.

Pathetic Sales and service ( Poor Skyline products )

Friends, I have purchases skyline kettle from Radhika Organics pvt. ltd 11/1, choti subzi mandi janak puri, The warranty was one year on this product which expired two months back, My kettle stopped working two months back and when I took this faulty kettle to radhika and explained its non functioning to mr Harshit. He beheaved so arrogantly and asked for its warranty card, i said warranty is over and i am ready to pay the repair charges as there is some loose connection because sometimes its working. He gave me idea of approximately 120 rs for which i agreed to pay.
He said its service center is somewhere in vishnu garden area and it will take one week, i said ok. But after so many phone calls and visits this idiot told me that this kettle is beyond repair and company has refused to undertake any repairs, he was so arrogant and poor in customer services with poor ethical values and lethargic approach.
Yesterday i got it repaired from local market and the person charged only 80 Rs and its now working fine.

My advise is : Do not purchase skyline product first of all, second do not purchase any item from Radhika as they have very poor image as conveyed by other buyers. He is total nonsense with lot of greed and shit beheaviour.
