Grievance Redressal Procedure

Level 1

• If you have any complaint/query, then you can contact in toll free no. 18001306001 or email at namaste [at] smfgindia [dot] com or visit nearest branch.

Level 2

• If you are not satisfied with the resolution in the level 1, then you can contact to the Customer Complaint Redresssal Cell, you will receive a responses within 7 days after submitting the complaint.
