SoU ENTRY DENIED based upon timing for Viewing Gallery

Respected Sir/Mam

I have booked SoU Express Entry (with viewing Gallery) for Today - (26.8.2021)
In the Ticket i have slot for Viewing Gallery 10AM - 12PM

I was denied even normal entry into the SOU Complex, Saying that I have to come at 10 AM
Sir, The SOU Entry and Viewing Gallery are 2 different things, I am aware that for the Viewing gallery the slot is 10AM , But Why I am denied entry into the complex itself based upon the slot of Viewing Gallery. The Viewing Gallery is an add-on, How can the 2 things be mixed.

Please take cognizance of this problem
Why a tourist is denied entry for SOU , based upon the timing for viewing gallery.
If the tourist would have booked only SoU Entry Ticket there is no slot in that ticket , and entry is not denied then why is the entry for SoU denied based upon timing of Viewing Gallery instead.

I hope you understand our concern and will take action accordingly

Rude behavior of ahesanali saiyad supporting head

I had booked tickets on 24th Feb 2020 first 3 times it didn't get booked 4th time it got bt amount deducted twice n didn't even got my tickets n I got after 48 hours of payment bt already I had booked another one n when I complain about this problem to supporting head Mr. Ahesanali saiyad he behaved so rudely with us he dont even wanted to listen what we were trying to say n he disconnected the call twice after behaving rudely words like don't argue aap muje mat sikhao n like time nai he .... So kindly provide contact of head who is above him as m filing complain against Ahesanali saiyad who dont even know how to behave n how to talk with costumer n I think he dont deserve post like supporting head as he is so rude n careless

Complaint Regarding One India Great India in Sindhi Language

On the Board, Slogan of ONE INDIA GREAT INDIA mentioned in around 28 different Language.
I glad to know that it also Contains in Sindhi Language, but to Inform with sorrow that It Contain Mistake Of One Dot, due to that it become Parat instead of Bharat.
In Sindhi Language if we mention 3 dot under the letter then its "Pa" and if 4 dot then it "Bha".

Parat : واپس
Bharat : ڀارت

So please rectify this mistake by making one more dot under the letter as early as possible.

Food court vendors

Items on menu are not available in the morning slot in any vendor in food court area, however, the most expensive items are present with very mean and disrespectful attitude. Especially, Hocco eatery, their staff was very rude and inattentive towards the customers.

There is zero service at statue of unity.

I have been trying to reach C C No to check, whether, the monument is kept open on 23rd April, but to my surprise, the number shared is not working. It is really pathetic to see such kind of service for the " world's tallest tower". No wonder why tourism is not developed in India compared to other countries.

Hi ,

I am trying to call on your listed helpline/ customer care number but both numbers are not reachable during Date time: 21st Dec 2018 from 10 to 11 am.
If there is no response for customer query regarding such a unique and world’s tallest statue , it is discouraging to visit the place and I doubt if it’s really world class faculties.
I wanted to know if place is fully open on 22nd December for viewing or it is closed due to political event.
