Dear  Team,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the SUKAM inverter that I purchased several months ago. Despite raising multiple complaints and having technicians inspect the unit on two separate occasions, the issues with backup performance remain unresolved. Although we followed the technicians' recommendations, the inverter is not providing even 4 hours of backup.Even after charging the battery at 200 amps on average, the inverter continues to underperform. This product has not met the promised standards and has caused us considerable inconvenience.Currently weather is normally and that is not an excuse.For context, we have since purchased an Exide inverter for home use, which is performing reliably, powering our TV, lamps, and various household machines without any issues. Before switching to SUKAM, we used a Luminous inverter, which also delivered performance. Unfortunately, the SUKAM unit has been disappointing and continues to fail to meet expectations.Given these persistent issues, I kindly request a refund for the SUKAM inverter. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the Consumer Court.We fail to understand its name , is it SUKAM or a SCAM (which has been done t o us)Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
