Complaint regarding quality of dead pedal- TATA ALTROZ
Dear Team,
With reference to captioned subject, I have purchased TATA ALTROZ vehicle-bearing number mentioned above from Sri Ganganagar on 28/12/2023. Dealer name is Dunace Automobiles Private Limited.
I have purchased car accessories from dealer and dead peadal was one of accessories. I am using this accessory since last 9 months and observed that driver side pedal overlap over clutch every time when I DE board from car and try to sit again on car for driving. (Attaching photo for your reference)
This is creating problem in multiple fold that are as follows:
1. I need to adjust pedal every time to adjust.
2. It has happened some time that I forget to adjust pedal. This has become potential threat for me to invite accident in case of break or at time of changing gear.
Second, one is more dangerous. I have contacted dealer in this regard. They have ad-vised that nothing can be done now.
I request TATA motors to do necessary corrective action so that any threat for potential accident and uneasiness’ can be abolished.
My car is running good. But, 2 feedback regarding car would like to advise for further improvement.
1. Car average is very poor. At present my car is giving mileage of < 12
2. Fixed structure beside left side of clutch touch to shoes and sometimes give problem in changing gear (U can see in attached picture). As per my opinion, this is creating less beauty of car.
We request you to look into matter and anything can be improved right now, please let us know, we will be highly obelized.

At Parth Tata Motor Godhra I made an appointment today on 21/4/2024 at 9.30 am according to which I checked the car at 9.25 am I got no response till 10.45 am I spoke to the service manager sir. His reply was that if the service will be given to those whose car has arrived, then you will tell me what it means to make an appointment. And every time this happens in every service, then there is some resentment in the customer of our Tata company, so it is my hope that this method changes from your level.
Mileage Issue

I purchased a new Tata Tiago XT (Phase II) on April 2023 my nearest Tata Moters Showroom and I faced mileage issue, my Tiago 700 km approx has run but my car given to me mileage (avg) 10.4 to 11.9 kmpl, whenever company claimed in city approx. 15 to 17 and highway 18 to 20 approx., So why my Tiago has given to 10 to 11 kmpl. Please solve my querry as soon as, still now 6 to 8 thousand rupees wasted on fuel efficiency.

THIS IS REGARDING THE CARELESSNESS AND UTMOST PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR AND NEGLIGENCE OF THE TATA MOTORS SERVICE CENTERS OBESERVED WITH TATA MOTORS SERVICE.
I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER AT TATA MOTORS SEVRICE CENTERS.
SINCE TATA MOTORS ARE ONLY FOCUSED ON SELLING THE VEHICLES AND NOT SETTING UP SUBSIQUIENT POST SERVICES .
BEING A RESIDENT IN A METRO CITY BANGALORE I FACE THIS HELPLESS SITUATION I SERINCERLY CANNOT EVEN IMAGINE PEOPLE WHO OPT TO PURCHASE VEHICLES OUT SIDE METRO CITIES.
UNLIKE ANY OTHER COMPANIES TATA MOTORS CAN NEVER KEEP UP THEIR TIME IN DELIVERING SERVICE TO CARS.
THIS IS A VERY BAD EXPERINCE WITH TATA MOTORS FOR ME.
IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AFTER I HAVE LEFT MY VEHICLE TATA NEXON AT TATA MOTORS BODY SHOP IN PRERANA MOTORS IN BANAGLORE.
ADIVISORS HAVE GOT EVERY REASON TO DELAY THE BY EXPLAINING THE UNAVAILABLITY OF PARTS .
AFTER WHICH THEY HAVE TAKEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND HAS NOT DELIVERED MY VEHICLE KA02MS5028 FIRST THEY BLAMED THE INSURANCE PPL REGARDING THE DELAY AND AGAIN WITHOUT ANY CONCERN ABOUT THE CUSTOMER DELIVERY ADIVSORS TAKE 1 WEEK LEAVE AND AFTER PATIENTLY WAITING THEY GIVE A TRAIL WHERE IN THE MAJOR HIGHLIGHTENING PART IS STILL NOT FIXED AND THEY ARE STILL POSTED FOR THE SHIPPENT OF THE PART DISPITE THE APPROVAL GIVEN BY THE INSURANCE COMPANIES THEY ARE STILL YET TO ORDER THE STERING ASSY FROM THE HEAD OFFICE.
I SERIOUSLY REGRET FOR OPTING TATA AND DECIDED TO NEVER TO GO WITH TATA EVER AGAIN.
PATHETIC NEGLIGENCE OBSERVED EVEN DUING SERVICING TIMES.
THESE PPL TO BOOK A SERVICE THEY TAKE 1 WEEK AND AGAIN A WEEK TO CONFIRM THE SERVICE AVAILABLITY.
2 MONTHS AND YET HAVENT RECIVED THE VEHICLE YET.
IT TAKES 2 MONTHS FOR TATA BODY SHOP TO REPLACE 2 DOORS REPAINT 2 DOORS AND A BUMPER WITH AIR BAGS.
PATHETIC SERVICE IS ALSO A MAJOR THING TO CONSIDER BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE.
REGARDING VEHCILES DELIVERY FAILURE
HI,
This is to inform you that we have finalized 10 units of 3518 28ft vehicles on 21 sep 2021 with A&A AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD-NOIDA,from tata motors
,Mr.Narender Rawat-senior manager and from A&A AUTOMOBILES MR.ALI-GM,MR-DEEPAK PALIWAL,AND MR.NISHANT were available.
We already told them that we want delivery of vehicles on or before 30sep 2021,they promised us that they will deliver the vehicles on or before 30 sep 2021.
The vehicle has to dispatched from TATA PLANT-JAMSHEDPUR.
We contacted them on regular basis regarding delivery of our vehicles,every time they keep making excuses that vehicles will dispatch tomorrow from jamshedpur.
Yesterday we contacted them and asked them to issue invoice for this month only and can deliver vehicles after 2-3 days also,but they told that we will try dont't worry,but at yesterday night they clearly said that it is not possible to issue invoice in this month as it will take 10 more days to dispatch the vehicles from jamshedpur.
We have totally lost our faith from TATA MOTORS,the kind of negligence and response we recevied is not acceptable.
Now,we are switching from Tata to Ashoka leyland.

After so much waiting car can’t deliver yet
I have booked new safari 2024 pure plus s auto dark we we go to showroom we talk about delivery date actually my baby birthday on 7th March so we told them we want delivery on that day that say Okk but they can’t deliver on 7th March & after booking approx 50days done yet they don’t give delivery that say car on transit since 1month they says car in transit…… we can’t do anything….. this is totall worth experience
I have purchased tata tigor
I have purchased tata tigor from shekhawati enterprises,udaipur (Rajasthan) on 15th april 2021 but still the vehicle number from RTO is not issued and also the vehicle accessories are due from the dealer. I have called the dealer many times but they do not respond properly.
Please solve the issue as soon as possible.
Frustrated service in SRT Tata coimbatore
First I am a proud owner of the Indian made car, Zest Reg No TN 37 CT 5985 which has a 4 star in safety, but when it come to service it is *0* Star.
Today was a worst day in service center, I booked a appointment for service at 10 AM and was there a 15min late, it went smooth till there, then the service person came another 15 min late, that too I was the only customers in the service center, all Remaining were pick up appointments, He checked the car and went back to check for the service history, after that nothing happened, after a hour by 11.30 I went to see the service person ( still I was the only customer) he asked me to wait for a while, than another half an hour nothing happened, I got to frustrate and took my car with out servicing.
It not enough for Tata Motors to get 4 and 5 stars on cars have to earn some stars in service too.
Hope you guys will wake up and do some severe home work for service related activities,.
Previous I was owning a Santro and then went to Chevy, you guys are par back in service from your competitor.

Dear Sir/ Mam,
I bought Tata ALTROZ XT Petrol Variant, and the car is delivered with defect , where the left rear door is scratching up the body while opening 90 degree.
That's the cost of 90 degree door opening.

I proudly bought a Tata Hexa (GJ-1-RX-6414) on 27/3/17 as I found it to be the most modern SUV in its category. However to my utter dismay, I have been continuously facing issues with its airconditioning unit and the window buttons. So much so that in a span of just 3 years they have become non functional. The AC compressor has been repaired and replaced multiple times. However till date it is not running satisfactorily. The vents have become immovable. The faulty design and quality of the material is such that within 3 years it has reached a stage of uselessness. The doors have started rusting – do you expect this in a Rs. 20L vehicle. And that too from a car maker who claims to use its own steel. So much so that the rain water starts dripping inside.
The kind of problems I am facing after spending such a huge amount of money on it, I think I have made a bad decision. Some of my friends laughed when I told them that I was facing these issues.

I have Tata Nexon XM Model, While Raining and Car Washing, same water is entering in dicky(lid area) but they are not working on it and i am suffering from long time, i was shocked that how i was cheated when i was checked my Nexon from other dealer, Spare Tyre, Type Ring, Top cover (Wood cover) and car body are damaged by water and very bad smell coming in car. I have lots of pictures but not able to post here

I am facing same issue in my Tata Nexon, complaints many times not solved, I think this is company fault and need action from TATA. Such type issue facing many nexon users. TATA has always lost his reputation in such issues
Nexon bootspace water issues XZ+HS
Dear Team,
I had purchased a Tata TATA Nexon twenty twenty-two model on tharteen Nov twenty-two from Sagar Motors,Sec 5 Noida U.P.
The car was delivered to me tharteen Nov twenty-two Since the third day of its delivery, it started creating troubles for me. The engine check light was On and TPMS error and back seat were fooled automatically. I complained regarding the same and the car was called at service centre and kept for 5 days. But even after that, the defect kept cropping up. It was not cured. Thereafter I went to Jaipur for some personal work where the same problem erupted again and I took the vehicle to Tata service center, malviya Nagar, jaipur where they said problem was fixed temporarily. And they changed the Senser.
After that, monsoon began which also marked an inception to my never ending problems. The boot Space/dicky of the car got filled with water in the rains. There was a manufacturing defect in the car due to which this happened. Again I visited the service center where my car was kept for 7 days for repairing. After repairing also, the issue was not solved. After that in the every month I visited the Service center and I asked them to resolve the issue,
I made a vedio of the car, after 8-9 month of the struggle I saw the problem with the car and again gave it for repair on 29x09x2023. since then the car is lying with the service centre only and every time I ask for the status, I did not get any satisfactory response, Dealership and tata motors customer representative have only one comman answer which is “we are working on, we are working with product team,we are working with plant team, or with engineers” . but no one has shared the deadline till date or further action plan. The car has several manufacturing defects, which has been accepted by the service centre employees. Since Nov 2022 the car has been causing troubles, more than comfort. The spare cars are of no use either because even they are some faulty cars which are just for temporary use. My travelling cost has increased terribly.
Above that, I feel frustrated that I had paid 14xxxxx30K for a brand new car and I have been given a faulty defective car which is more in workshop than on roads. The car has been opened so many times within a period of less than a year. All its machinary has been either repaired or replaced.
I feel cheated and deceived. This is pure harassment and torture with me on part of the Tata Motors. Sagar motor engineers are just experimenting on my car to stop the water leakage from last 10xxx11 months but still they did not find the water entry point in the car. They just apply the sealant (Paste)on the car to stop the water wherever they have a clue of entry point. But It won’t work till date.
Complain regarding booking of Nexon XM
I booked Nexon XM petrol on 07 Aug, 2020 from Oberoi motors Dehradun. We had a deal that they will deliever before 15th August. Now the dealer is saying that today new prices came and you have to pay 15,000 more according to new circular. But in other companies like Maruti or Mahindra they clearly said that the amount on booking date will remain same at the time of billing.They are also charging handling charges on ex showroom prices and putting this on companies policies.
Here we have planned everything. The dealer have to deal with this thing but they are putting this on us. We've a fixed budget. If this happened than in future we will not support or buy any product of Tata.
Kindly advise us what to do.
Price protection
Same incidence is happening with me. I had booked Tata Punch on 14th Dec 2021 from Heritage Motors, Thane. There was press released by Tata Motors on 18th Jan 2022 about price hike and ensuring price protection for the customers booked cars before 18th Jan 2022.
Now at the time of delivery, the dealer is demanding 15000 more as Ex-showroom price is hiked.
What a common man should do in such situation?

Sir Tata makes and marketd Altroz as gold performance but it is worst product made by Tata and many of people like mee looted by Tata moters the vehicle is so much 3rd class in driving thete is no race and power.just like bailgadi so iam very much disappointed by this car.I request you to replace it another model.
Manufacturing defects Tata Tiago xz p
I have Tiago xz p 2018 model purchased in Jun 2018. Since last year in the month of July, there was problem occurred in my car that water come inside my car during rainy season.
For the same issue, my car was sent service center 3 times but problem not resolved.
Regular opening during rectification of my car, it is lossing it's defult settings and may happen a big technical, electrical and mechanical problems in future.
I am sorry to inform you that problem has not been resolved by your authorization service center after 4th time rectification.
The place where I am staying is very difficult to perform day to day activities in absence of my car.
Above said the reason, i am completely loss my hope that problem will be resolved in future.
I am requesting you to please do the needful for me as soon as possible.

Dear Sir ,
Myself from Ajmer . I have visited mudgal moters ajmer for inq and test drive but not got good response . Executive ( Mr kapil yadav ) said that for test drive person will come till evening but no boday came . I called for this and inquring from last two days but no response and no body even call or inform that why it was happening.
I am seriously having touch with tata bcz of ratan tatas work for country so I want use only tata products .

मैं डॉक्टर हरदत्त 9 8 1033़ 46 83 टाटा मोटर्स के मल्टीटेक सर्विस सेंटर सेक्टर 28 फरीदाबाद हरियाणा में पिछले एक साल से अपनी टाटा नेक्सन एक्सएम कार को सर्विस के लिए 5 बार गया हूं जिसमें मैंने हर बार कंप्लेंट और रिक्वेस्ट की है की गाड़ी को नीचे से धोने वाली पानी की मोटर को सही कराया जाए लेकिन 1 साल में कभी भी मोटर को सही नहीं कराया गया और मल्टीटेक सर्विस सेंटर ने मुझे 5 साल के लिए 10 बार प्लास्टिक पेंट नीचे से कराने के लिए पेमेंट ले रखी है लेकिन कभी भी नीचे से गाड़ी धोने वाली मोटर ना तो चालू होती है और ना ही जैक पर उठाकर गाड़ी को नीचे से धोया जाता है जिसमें हर बार धोने वाले मशीन खराब होने का बहाना बताते हैं सफाई वाले धोने वालों की कमी बताकर सफाई नहीं करते प्लास्टिक पेंट वाले धुलाई की और सफाई की कमी बताकर मिट्टी के ऊपर ही पेंट करते हैं और कहते हैं कि सफाई नहीं हुई तो इसमें हमारी क्या कमी है कराना है तो कराओ नहीं तो मत कराओ
जब सीनियर से बात की जाती है तो अगली बार सही होने की बात कहकर टाल दी जाती है जो कि मैं पिछले 1 साल में 5 बार रिक्वेस्ट कर चुका हूं और बार-बार कंप्लेंट करने के बाद भी कभी भी मोटर चालू नहीं कराई गई है।
लगता है टाटा मोटर्स के सर्वेयर और अधिकारी मल्टीटेक मोटर्स सर्विस सेंटर वालों के साथ मिलकर कुछ खानापूर्ति करके सर्विस सेंटर की हालात का टाटा मोटर्स को सही जायजा और सूचना नहीं दे रहे हैं और बीच में कुछ गोलमाल कर रहे हैं जिससे टाटा मोटर्स की छवि को धूमिल किया जा रहा है और कस्टमर्स को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है जिससे कस्टमर टाटा मोटर्स से खफा होकर टाटा मोटर्स की गाड़ियों से परेशान हो रहे हैं।
मैं टाटा मोटर्स से आशा करता हूं की उचित कार्रवाई करके मेरी प्लास्टिक पेंट के लिए की गई पेमेंट को वापस कराने मैं मेरी मदद करेंगे क्योंकि मल्टीटेक मोटर्स वाले कभी भी ठीक प्रकार से कार्य नहीं कर रहे हैं।

Complain regarding Pollachi SRTANZCARS. PVT. LTD

I am Gowthamachandran from pollachi, I have booked Tata Tiago XZ diesel car on July 2018 in SRTANZCARS. PVT. LTD pollachi, Coimbatore district, Taminadu. I paid in three installment Rs 51,000 for booking. Due to some financial reason I cancelled my booking past three months I am coordinating with the sales executive Suresh who was working in pollachi branch for refund money I feel Suresh who was dealing our concern misleading us and giving false information regarding our refund and started to speak very rude asking us to go and compline in consumer court for refund money.He give us false information that the amount was already credited in our account and there was some fault in our bank side for not reflect in my account. I am Kindly requesting for Strict disciplinary action against the fraud customer executive Suresh because of such executive the name of Tata motors will be go to customers in very bad way .
After all this incidents we directly compline the issue to the branch manager and after checking our details he found out last 3months Suresh who deal our concern not taken any reasonable steps for our refund so branch manager by himself ask sorry for the delay and he ask us one week time for refund but still up to now we not get our refund amount.By keeping our money for more than 3months as per show room managers statement they deduct Rs3000 from our booking amount which was too high in case if the refund was processed immediate we will accept the deduction but after 3months we feel it was too much.

sir pl.find unsolved complaint no that we have register from last one week of tyre defect . but sorry to say nobody bother or reoly of my mail. i cant belive that such a big name in automobiles company employee is such a irresonsible person seat their. sir i have purchase tata nexon 4 months ago and i have one problem in tyre having cut in side .when i say in shradha motor BHARUCH GUJRAT. your authorised dealer.but nobody response till 4 days and thenafter they told me that this is not our problem its our vendor problem they took decession. sir i want to tell you that when i purchase nexon i have not purchase tyre from onother company its come with car. and in your warranty card you have also not mention that if tyre oroblem occur you have to fight with so call tyre company. sir its a responsibility of tata motor. why should i suffer between you and vendor.if any accident occur when i drive my car with this tyre for this tata motor is fully responsible for this that pl. note. so sir i request you to solve my this tyre complaint as eary as possible and replace me a new tyre on urgent basis. waiting for your favourable reply urgent.hope at this time you take action immidiatley and give solution of my complaint pl. reply.otherwise i suite case in consumer forum court that pl. note this is my final and last mail in regarding of my complaint.

Complaint : Not obeyed Price protection policy
Dear Valued Company,
I have booked one Altroz XM+ on the month of Nov 2021. That time the dealer assured me that their will be price protection system so you not need to pay anything further on it. Now, after 4 months of waiting, now they have informed me that you have to pay extra 8600/- because of the price hike. Initially dealer told me this is due the transportation cost only 3000 have to pay and after 2 hrs, they send me the revised quote of 8600 rs extra than earlier.When I asked, then they said you have pay extra which is effective from Jan 2022. Now, my colleagues also booked same model same day booking and got a vehicle on Feb 2022 with unchanged price then the rule is not applicable for him.It means same company with same policy but application wise it is different with different customer.Pls clarify. It happens due to the direction of Mr.Hemanth.M (TSM, South-1,TATA motors) who told the dealer to do this.

yesterday I got call from a person saying himself as HR of tata motorm , he said me that he is recruiting candidates for tata motors ..and he was charging a sum of 1550 rupees for uniform he said it will be refunded after a month if joining.
kindly tell me should I pay for it or not if I got selected in that interview.
