No reply for mail and Phone
I have sent one mail on 07.10.21 for not receiving full paper on 06.10.21 to crmchennai.
I called their number twice on 08.12.21 and on second time MS.Sangeetha spoke and I was told that mail department will call me back.
On 09.10.21 I called tollfree and same way told I will get reply.
Today I called toll free and before completing my call was cut twice?
My question is is this the way customers to be dealt after subscription.
