• You have to contact Titan customer support on 1800-419-9110 or write to contactus [at] titaneyeplus [dot] com within 7 days from the receipt of product.
• You should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from the customer support team about the same.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused, in packed condition. The courier partner will not accept return shipments in case the package is not sealed by the customer. 
• Put invoice/guarantee card inside the package for return process. Without these, returns will not be processed.
