I purchased toshiba washing machine. But now I am repenting on my decision as the product quality is poor and the service is poorest of poor. Please if you don't want harrasment then don't purchase toshiba products.
Washing machine not working within 5~6 days of installation, moreover after sales service is so poor that I regret having purchased your brand. Before I had Samsung & Whirlpool & both were working fine but had to be changed as they were old. So went for Toshiba as its features seemed attractive, Alas!, I really really regret, will never ever recommend to anyone & may desist others from buying as well. Very poor performance. Never expected from brand name as TOSHIBA

The Customer care number dosnt even workat all, what a cheap kind of service TOSHIBA is giving to the customers.
We have purchased new w/m on 15th Aug. Trying to contact for demo. No one is traceable.
Washing machine is not working and require help in LED setting,but I could not contact not contact through till free numbes provided on internet.It is very serious matter as poor after sale services will effect your sale.please update your customers service.
