I bought a course today and I started learning that course but that course didn’t seem that much good to me , so I requested refund, but they refunded that amount in udemy credit but i wasn’t given any choice of refunding in udemy credit , i want my refund in my original payment method

I have made payment for the two courses using the Google Pay option, and I have attached the reference and a screenshot from your website. Unfortunately, the payment was declined, but the amount has still been deducted from my account.

I paid Rs. 399 for the course via phonepay, the money was deducted from my bank account but, i did not recieve any confirmation mail and did not get the course.

Please see into this issue and help me get the course or refund.
