1. I have been provisionally selected vide your communication dated for admission during the Academic Session 2013-2014 in the Central University of Orissa.
2. I hereby declare that I have not enrolled/will not enrol myself in any full time course anywhere during the period of my study in the Central University of Orissa, Koraput.
3. I will abide by the rules and regulations pertaining to semester-wise registration and credit system adopted by the University.
4. I hereby submit to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the Vice Chancellor and the other authorities of the Central University of Orissa. I shall neither myself indulge in nor instigate other students to ragging or do anything to disturb the academic atmosphere of the University. In case of any act of misconduct on my part, the University is free to inform my parents / guardian besides taking any disciplinary action against me as per University rules and regulations.
