Comments
Regarding refund of payment
I did a USD transaction with an indian billing address. The amount was debited from my bank acount but I did not get any emails from the airline. When I contacted them they gave me my PNR but they said I have to pay again in indian rupee through a link they will send. I need process of refund of my previous debit amount.
Regarding my us transit visa

I hope you are doing well. My name is shah nawaz my PNR no. G59Q4S and I booked my flight via united airline from India to Canada. There is a layover in Newark U.S.A which requires transit visa compulsory. I am totally ignorant about the required conditions of Transit Visa for the layover purpose. Also reaching Toronto is so important to me for attending the booked event.
It is my humble request you to provide me some possible resolutions either ‘refund or change of flight’ and ‘give me approval for the return ticket’.

I have also paid 70 UDS for my additional luggage. My itinerary was as follows.
