Non Response from UTL regarding complaint in solar Invertor

I have purchsed the solar Invertor 5 KVA from dealer of UTL Solar. The complaint was logged about 2 weeks back The complaint number is 276UP2307103xx & the sl. number of Invertor is APPX08ADW05KD0064xx. Since then we are continuously trying the number but they are not responding. I HOPE UTL thinks that they have huge customer base and all will be buying only UTL Products. But since they do not have any service backup, I don't think the company will run for another year. I WILL RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY UTL PRODUCTS.

Utl solar has one of the worst customer redressel system. The newly purchased solar pcu (helic) is displaying short circuit error. No help is provided by utl staff till now.
