money paid for JEE ONLINE COACHING STILL NOT REGISTERED

I have paid RS. 4000 for jee online coaching on 12/06/2020.But still my name not registered. no response from Vedantu. so many calls made regarding my payment they become mum. no answer very sad. It is a cheating purely in the name of online coaching collecting money from the students and kept mum. it is a cyber crime. If they didn't respond then I will file case in consumer forum

Discount in crash course fee

I want to join vedantu crash course for jee 2020 to get clear upcoming jee main exam but I cannot afford your fee up to 6000 because we belong to middle class family and during this pandemic situation where earning of my family stop from 2 month
So if there is additional 2000 discount if you provide then we can afford it

Poor response by Vedant staff on phone

Dear Sir,
The staff received the call once and cut the call, next time she did not pickup the call and not able to provide any information.
Vendantu management is requestef to take necessary action and asked staff on reception to be responsible.
