SHAKE HAND PHONE FLASH LIGHT NOT WORK. ON/OFF OK PLS SOLVE?

I'm using vivo x 60 phone, green line problem on display after last update,I'm visited to Vivo service center in parvat Patiya,surat.advised to me 9500 /- pay to replace display .... physical conditions all are good in my phone.in this problem on internet part on phone & software issue.

I have a green line in my vivo x50 smartphone. This line is automatically come in my smartphone without any damage. I think this line is come in with software update, and I go service centre for the green line solution, and service centre member checky phone and install one new software in my phone and this update in my phone one more pink line and service centre member said this problem solved only changing display or display charges are approx 10000. This is pay by owner. But I think this is green line fault is vivo's new software update. I need free of cost service in my vivo x50 phone and solved my green line problem in my display.

Mai 26th dec 2020 ko new phone liya hu VivoY51 aur mere phone k screen pe linings aa rhi h ..... Phone kisi tarah se koi damage nhi huaa h fir v screen pe linings aa rhi h... Company ki fault h .... Mujhe ye phone wapas krna hai . Mujhe new phone chhiye company se otherwise Mai vivo company pe claim krunga .

I have purchase vivo 50 from jai appa ji mobile durg c.g problem in Desplay so battery drain very fast (5000mah battery drain in 4 hours) even no use any app. so dealer send it to service centre bhilai problem found genuine now also service person giving me bound to take same y50 new handset without other accessories but I want to go for change in model due to I don't found reliable but they bound me to take same , I am believe that the piece they bound me to take is may other defective repaired one. they are saying me this is company policy.if this is correct then I go for media/ news paper against company.

Today i went to the vivo care at jaigaon i asked the care agent about repair / replacement of my earphone jack cause it was not working he replied me with a foolish answer it can't be done i said its a 20 mins task opening the phone and replacing the earphone jack from the motherboard he again said it cant be done at last he said that the whole motherboard is to be changed and that was foolish i said i would do the repairing at any mobile repairing shop

I went to your service center that is sector 18 Chandigarh. They told me that there is a problem with the camera of my phone and they cannot tell as of now when the new camera will arrive. When i asked them about the job sheet they never provided me one. Just said me to click a photo of the screen. I told them they can keep my phone but they refused for the same. I want to know when will i get my camera. When will be my phone fully functional. Very poor service. As well as my phone is in warranty period. I went on Thursday 07/05/2020 to your service center
