Received faulty washing machine
To the entire whirlpool team and whomsoever it concerns
It is so sad to see that despite of writing multiple mails and multiple phone calls, it has been 5 days but whirlpool customer service, escalation team, and the ceo desk is just not concern to resolve or even reply to my complaint of faulty washing machine delivered to me.
Your technician checked the machine and confirmed that the piece is faulty and needs the replacement.
If my issue is not resolved I will take this up strongly to consumer court, media and social media.
Such faulty washing machine delivery is not acceptable.

Sir washing machine create lot of noise when drying clothes. It is top load automatic machine with 6th sense.
Please resolve are problem as soon as possible.

Complaint about service
Worst service ever. Never expected such kind of behaviour from a brand like wirpool. I am seriously trying to contact service center but these people sitting over there are seriously making us a fool or may be they are assuming us. They are disconnecting call in the middle not even letting me complete my sentence. Its been more than a week since i have filed my complain and since than i am trying to contact them they are always like-"ok ma'am please give me half an hour my person will attend your prob. But no one is listening they are seriously least bothered about any complain or anything. Have also taken the service charge and now not picking up the call. Really bad service.... Really disappointed

My washing machine, model name Supreme Care 9014 is not working, Whirlpool service technician checked and inform me that door lock complaint,and machine taken to the service center and serviced and returned it to me.The same day, the machine again not working and the display lights glowing and off automatically when power switch ON.Informed to the service center, technician came and checked and inform me that control panel is complaint,and it needs to be replaced with a new one and the spare panel is not available at service center , what can I do?I want to know the price of the control panel and why the machine frequently having trouble.The washing machine purchased on April 2017, warranty expired,and it costs RS.34750
