Engine prblm and dms , service issue

I have brought Yamaha bike MT-15 on 31-8-2023 bike No TN07DD8xxx,
I have done my 2 services at SAMYUKTHAUTOS Mylapore at the time service they found some engine noise problem they worked on it & it got resolved and I have taken 3rd service at SKY Motors Adyar, after 3rd service again I heard a engine noise so I have planned to take for a 4th service by mentioning engine complain at SAMYUKTHAUTOS Mylapore but they are telling I have missed to 3rd service actually I have taken a 3rd service at SKY MOTORS adyar I'm having the bills too but it doesn't got booked in the DMS software here I request you to took in to my issue and please book the required 3rd service details in DMS software please find the below attachments of billing details and also kindly sort my engine issue this issue has been repeated coming. Due to this I'm repeatedly visiting the service station they are not giving a proper service and also a proper responce. kindly do the needful...
Irresponsible Service Staffs
I bring to your kind attention that I purchased the subjected bike from Sharon Autos VM Chatram, KTC Nagar, Tirunelveli on 19th December 2022. So far, I visited the same branch for maintenance two times and did the necessary services without any issues. During my last visit, they were unable to fix the issue in the digital board in which the yellow light was blinking. They advised me to visit Vannarpettai, Tirunelveli Branch to fix the issue. When I visited the Branch on 18th August 2023, the service supervisor checked the bike and gave me an estimate (Attached for your reference) for INR.1,500/- for Oil Change and other services and asked me to visit again in the evening and I visited again on the same day to collect my bike. The supervisor called the Branch Service Manager and he informed me that to fix the bike it would cost around INR. 4,000/- and when I inquired about the details for the cost and about the warranty for the bike he told me that you need to pay for everything and he insulted me with his replies:
• You need to prepare to spend when you buy this kind of bikes.
• If you don’t want to spend, why do you buy this kind of bikes.
• When I asked to return the bike without doing any service, he replied me that we already started the service and after the service we will inform you. If you have money you can collect it or we will keep it under our custody until you pay the service charges and asked me to leave the service center without showing any mercy. It was a melancholy experience from your staffs and now I am suffering for more than one week without my bike and the insults.
Now, it is almost a month, no one contacted me to collect my bike even with the necessary service charges to repair it. I sent my assistant to know the status of my bike last week, still no response from your service station.

2022 mai scooty li 2 month mai battery khrab ho gyi new dalvai and after 6 months fir se khrab ho gyi self nhi leti kbhi kbhi mat lo Bhai koi bhi Yamaha ki gadi

My engine has a problem and I left it for repair ..in beginning they said that engine warranty will be applied but now they are saying engine warranty cannot be applied due to late service ,but service was late due to Corona pandemic and lockdown ..in beginning they game me the estimation of 4 k and now the bill is 13.5 k ...I am helpless ..please help or respond as soon as possible ...even the dealer and engineer are not showing any concerns and my bike is not even 2 Years old

Service centre not Responding.
I have given my scooter Fascino for Service today morning. The delivery was scheduled by today evening. When I called up at around 4 pm, they replied, the work is not over and will be calling me back. The centre closes at 6 pm and now it is 6.30pm. They did not call me or intimated any other way, that they would not deliver the vehicle today. Now the contact number is switched off. Is this the way a customer is treated at your service centre?
