Bad service
My water purifier ( Emerald model) prefilter started leaking after service technician did regular service. I have been following up for 1 week now to fix the issue but nobody turned up even after multiple calls to service center, call to RO water solutions Bangalore, escalation etc.
I have ACMC for 2 years still no service. Till the time I did not buy AMC, the response was good. Avoid buying ionexchange purifier. If bought, do not bu y AMC.
Rediculous service
Plz do not buy this product..mr.sidhappa the service head from Karnataka is extremely rude nd mr.prashanth service head in Mysore is very abusive nd rude. Overall very bad product with extremely bad service...
If u want to get scolded and get harrased everytime you call them then plz go ahead with this product...
