Worst service of Airtel Network
Worst service... I m using Airtel Post Paid number since 10 years and I m leaving at New purena,mahaveer nagar,Raipur (cg). I m facing Network issues and not able to use Airtel Calls & Internet due to no network since last one month.
There was a first complaint given on 20.09.2023 and many after short intervals of time but
still now nobody turned up. There was a network issue in my area, Subhas Nagar, Gurgaon. before 1 month network was so good but since last one month I m suffering of no network, call dropping issues. Very surprise automatically complaint closed only.
I m not happy with your services and Now I m going to port Airtel to RJIO.
I am totally unhappy.
If you are able to service it, or else deactivate my connection.

Complaint Number - Without resolving request closed
Dear Sir/MadamI have raised a complaint - 1-0-199-2432XX. Without Consent Airtel is closing my call. Whether i am not paying the bill ? why are you people not resolving the issue?
If you do not want to close the issue then close the connection. You people advertising the 0% complain pending and 100 % resolution which is wrong. Kindly escalate the complaint on priority or close my connection.

AIRTEL is really a very bad
AIRTEL is really a very bad service provider.
Their support staff are no at all cooperative. At the time of port to airtel number, their support staff tell about their 100% commitment and hassle free service , but actually the do nothing after in regality. Connections are too poor. Service are too poor.
Non receipt of E-Bills
Mail ID is written on the Airtel Post Paid bill. But not have courtesy to send E-bill to the mail ID written on the bill. Being corporate member, several complaints on this regard are not responded by Airtel.
Only Recorded message are being played at customer care number. No customer support service help.
All Airtel Apps need OTP. Money is going from our end. Airtel does not pay. Why OTP for APPs not known.

Hello My Internet service was very slow.yesterday onwards
Every month I get double bill amount
In dec 12 2019 I had to pay 2 months bill because I didn't pay for the previous months bill in jan I am getting the same amount bill with fine. I am really getting satisfied for your services like not getting network and has shows 4g and gets slower than 3g speed internet no particular effects after complaining for several months now for the additional twice charged bills. I would be happy to port thanks to your really bad services

In the last many years, Airtel was using postpaid number, there was no solution regarding the number of complaints filed. After defeating I got the number prepaid, now the drowning situation has happened.Even in the customer care, the phone does not even seem to be found and the prepaid people say your number is running in postpaid and the postpaid people say your number is in prepaid. Can't do any solution. The situation is that the message of the port is also not going and is not being sent. Airtel belongs to the most feline network. I purchased Airtel 4G Hotspot from Airtel Gallery (Aundh, Pune) on Thursday-15-Nov'2018.
The sales person committed that someone will come to my house for address verification on Friday-16-Nov-2018 and then I can open the pack of Airtel 4G Hotspot. He informed me at the time of purchase that I should not open the packet, till this address verification process gets completed.
But no one turned-up for address verification today. So I called (in the evening today) at the Airtel (Aundh) Gallery. When I called at this number, the sales person said that he will check and call me back in 5 minutes. But he didn't called back.
Also, I he informed me that only Post-paid services are available in 4G Hotspot and Airtel does not have Pre-paid services in 4G Hotspot. I believe, this is also a complete lie from your sales person.
This is the classic example for commitment failure (twice) and pathetic after sales service.
I would not like to open the packet now and would never ever use any Airtel services.
Please let me know the closure process, I am fine, even if you don't refund my money, instead, you can use it as donation from me, to train your sales people on "what to commit and don't give any false commitment", to any of your customers. I don't have time to return the packet and the sim card also, I may throw it in river on the way.
As I have not opened the device packet and not inserted the Sim Card in any of the devices, i hope you will never charge any bill to me.

I have been charged extortionate amount more than double on my postpaid plan which is rs 399
I'm out of this country for 6 months...my bill is paid on time by a friend...& they WILL NOT CANCEL THIS PLAN AS I HAVE ASKED FOR IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY OF AIRTEL COMMUNICATION.

I completely disagree with your baseless statements. I feel this as the worst network after using for more than a decade.
I'm facing the network issues wherever I go in AP and Telangana. Earlier I feel grateful and very proud to be in this network,but not now. There are 2 Airtel numbers which we are using in your home and none of them works. I even use Airtel postpaid IT work where it shows me the meaning of hell. I logged many complaints against all the numbers which we are using and none of them were actioned.
I hope you will look into the issue and gain the confidence back from the users.

First and foremost it’s strange how Airtel makes it extremely difficult for customers to talk directly to the an executive.. All I hear is a computerised voice that doesn’t cater to my needs at all.
Please be approachable a little more sensitive towards your customers Airtel .

Payment received but not credited in my account
I paid Rs 1977 through my Debit card at the Airtel portal on 15th May,2018 but it did not get credited to my Airtel account. Several visits to the Airtel showroom has not yielded any result and I am asked to wait for 4/5 days to get my money back.
