Waste platform, All ready subscribed for 3 months, but asked to pay more 5 rs to get activated. When was about to pay 5 rs with UPI pin no my account was deducted for 5000 rs, n no of times writing mail alt balaji no proper response from them.

Dear friends be veyr careful with these type of fraudsters.

I did an annual subscription of ₹300 on 21/05/2020. My Amount also deducted but didn't subscribe yet. I emailed a lot of times but didn't get any response from your side. So I request you kindly solve My problem as soon as possible or please give a refund.

Money has been deducted on 9 may 2020 for 3 months but when i m going to watch shows it show msg to subscribe again n again.. no valid reply for the mails.. u should solve our issues

I have already taken a subscription for 1 year for rs. 300 but still the subscription is not activated. I also have made complaints on the mail id support [at] altbalaji [dot] com and legal [at] altbalaji [dot] com twice but you have not yet responded the complaints. Please look into the matter and activate my subsription as soon as possible.

Amount debited to my account for 1 year subscription of Rs. 300/- on 1st March 2020. But, not able to watch the shows. Sent mails also to support team of Altbalaji. But no reply

I have subscribed for 3 month amount deducted from my account but still it's showing to subscribe....alt Balaji is doing fraud...not giving any revert we should complain regarding this because they have done this many times

I paid 300 rupees on 2nd of March for one year subscription...but still my subscription has not been activated...I mailed to altbalaji..at given help email address but no response...you people even don't provide any contact number...either refund my amount or activate my subscription

I did subscription for 12 months by paying 255 rupees with added one coupon code , The amount has deducted from my account but i did not get the subscription for 12 months, it is asking me to do the subscription again, I wrote a mail to support [at] altbalaji [dot] com for making activated of my subscription, still I did not get any response from them, I also wrote to them to give the amount refund.They are deducting amount from the customer but not giving any response for the issue. This is such a fraud and cheated app of ALTBalaji.

Money was deducted from my account on last Friday but till now whenever I am trying to watch anything on this channel it shows that my subscribe subscription is already activated but I’m not able to see anything it’s took me directly to the subscription page I have 4 to 5 mail already sent to the support page but nobody is responding can you please tell me what the hell is going on

I paid rs 100 two days back..but my subscription is not yet renewed..mailed altbalaji a number of times, but didn't receive any reply. There isn't any customer care number.
