The following details may be submitted alongwith the application enclosed in the file:
1. Layout of internal pipeline, indicating the points/taps for water consumption, various accessories, number of taps with sizes, place of meter box etc. should be submitted and got approved before starting the installation work.
2. Site plan showing the situation of the house or premise where water connection is intended.
3. Name and number of registered plumber, responsible for internal pipe alongwith the declaration.
4. NO OBJECTION from landlord, if the pipeline crosses the property, or the consumer is other than the landlord asking for water connection.
5. NO OBJECTION for cutting the asphalt road if the said road comes under jurisdiction of Muncipality/PWD or National Highway.
