I with to inform you that I have been availing Agriculture Loan / I am maintaining SB/CD/ Term Deposits A/c. with your branch since last ______ years and maintaining a good tract record. No amount is overdue against my name. I am pleased that Union Bank of India has launched “Union Green Card” for farmers. I hereby by apply for issue of that card for Rs.______________________________ and declare as under :

(i) The care will be utilized in genuineness of demand for agriculture purposes only.

(ii) At no point of time the cash amount availed will exceed Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand).

(iii) I undertake to produce purchase receipt of details of expenditure within 15 days from the date of availment of loan under the scheme.

(iv) The loan availed against this card will be repaid without fail within twelve months or harvesting/marketing of produce whichever is earlier.

(v) I accept that Union Bank of India reserves the right to reject this application without assigning any reason and can invalidate the card at any moment of time.

(vi) Bank is authorized to debit my Savings/CD/Term Deposit account if any for liquidation of loan outstanding under this Scheme.

(vii) I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Scheme.
