Customer care not responseing

Hi ,

I was calling your customer care at 7 pm today to enquire about the BPL 564 L Frost Free Side-by-Side Refrigerator(BRS564H, Silver) as i am going to buy first bpl product read some negative reviews about the product so just wanted to clarify some things.

but when i called your customer care auto mated response was shocking '' SORRY HELPLINE IS OPERATIONAL FROM 9 AM TO 9 PM '' and i am calling at 7 pm .
1 st interaction with bpl was awesome , dont know in which world you people live.

request you once again to contact me as i want to inquire about product.
