इनका कुछ भी सामान खरीदने से पहले पूछ ले डीलर्स से सर्विस खुद करवा के देंगे क्या 1/2 महीना लग जाता है सर्विस करने में बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस है इनका बस समान बेचना जानते है सर्विस देना नहीं मै तो कहता हु इनका कुछ भी सामान मत खरीदो

Water leakage

I have 55 litter cooler. Its 1.5 months old i had purchased, couple of days i have facing water leakage both side. I kno why this is happening. Zeto demage cooler.

Bought AC in July 2022 in

Bought AC in July 2022 in Dhule, Maharashtra for a Lodge (commercial use). The AC remote broke down around 28-29th September. Lodged a complain on 30th September. Since then all your dealer n service centre people are doing is telling about change in service centre ownership in October saying new people started on dasera. But till today no remote has been issued from company. All they are saying is its been delivered n will take time to come. One member promised that it’s going to on 20th October (today) but even now dad just received message saying its been delayed. It seems like all we need to do is return the AC to the dealer as its of no use to us.

BPL smart TV screen problem

Its pathetic that BPL has created very bad TV products.
Also, the service after purchased the product is bad. And when we face some issues then customer care not helping out.
BPL has big name in electronics but such waste of it's products now.
I am sure nobody gets reply even sending our problem with them.

Pathetic customer service, I

Pathetic customer service, I have ever seen. No support nothing. After 6 months machine stopped working and after following up numbers of time got no resolution.

Display problem

I am purchase 32 inches smart LED tv on March 2018. It's problem is first blue line in center. I have complaint registered on 11 October 2018 but till date nothing response from customer care or BPL. It is very bad service from them. It is my humble request to all do not purchase BPL products if you want electronic & electric appliances.

Me also facing the same problem, just now called customer care they have given service Request id to follow up with my concern with them till my issue resolved. Let's see how quick they respond and will solve my problem, I will update here once my issue resolved.

BPL Refrigerator

It has been a week since we have purchased a side by side door refrigerator. The refrigerator has aldreday been delived but no one has come to set it up and also all your numbers are coming switched off when dialed. Please get in touch. Im very dissapointed with the service when your people have promised to set the refrigerator up in 24 hours.
