I purchased BPL 32-inch Smart tv in THIRUTHURAIPOONDI on 23-08-2024. Within 3 days, it has not been working. We complained to the shop they sent one service technician to check the TV and he raised complained to BPL to replace TV.
Still, now I didn't have any acknowledgement copy about tv replacement.
We spent the amount to purchase some of the things to utilise . We don't want to put in the showcase without working conditions. We are totally disappointed. Kindly take necessary action.
Note :
Only 3days it has been working after that it was standby condition only. You can replace the TV otherwise refund my money and take your TV from me.
I never expected this kind of issue. If you like I ready to share bill copy and TV serial number. During purchase time sales person promote your brand very highly.but we are totally disappointed.

Hi, i baught my tv for om Reliance, when i baught tv they told full warranty will be there includin any damage on screen as well, and last week my tv screen got damaged and when i raised complaint they are just cancelled without attending, and i went to store as well. The people who takes care of service called resq is also least brotheres on my isue.. better don't buy anything from reliance digital

with the issue of ceiling fan, then the dealer took the fan after 4th day of registered. Yet now I'm not received the fan, i thing the company make the new ceiling fan for me. Let's see when the ceiling fan reach to me.

ISSUE- I see black spots in the screen (size of a thumb print at the middle bottom of the screen).
Today (31st Dec' 2018) I called the customer service at 088803011xx at around 4pm. I spoke to Shareen, she said that it is out of warranty today for being the last day. I tried to made her understand that this problem is happening from the last month, I tried calling but couldn't get a hold of an agent. After spending more than 25 minutes I requested for a manager, she passed on to a supervisor named Suresh, both of them were very poor their communication and very hard to understand. They said that the warranty will expire after tonight midnight however the system is showing it as out of warranty, which was a pure nonsense.. I spent more than 1 and a half hour, still no resolution.. I requested for a manager to speak, Suresh tells me that his manager is refusing and will not talk to me and after asking so many times he says his Managers name is "Khelan Patel" and they are located in Gujarat.
What level of customer service are you providing "BPL"... Pathetic.. I even told them that I will email this incident and will share this in Consumer forum and in Social media but they don't care..
In what Era this people belong from, no feelings at all and they represent a Brand.
Suresh told me that he is going to raise a complaint and will send me a SMS with the same, waited for an hour but no SMS yet received....
