Regarding Refund my Security Money 1999/-

I have a connection of Y-MAX broadband since 2015. Which bill is paid and there is no dues in it. But my security money can not refund till now and BSNL did not provide any information to me.

Not working broadband
Our broadband is not working from last 3 days. So we can't work with PDS(public Distribute Service) and stop essential commodities supply channel. Inspite of complain no action is been taken. After paying rental of RS 1616.00 per month you get this service from BSNL. Toll free numbers are also not working of BSNL.

Hi this is Abhilash I need the connection of bsnl bharath fiber connection I called to service provider person named venu and one another person in our locality the persons who are working with are very irresponsible persons no will answer the call if they answer by mistakenly they will say we will come with in half n hour later no one will come and we call once they will not respond the call this is the worst service I have seen as if it is a government service, is the way u people working in the government very good work keep it up

Landline was not working from last 2 months and even Landline Number was not available in BSNL Records

Broadband issue
Sir,
It is 7th day after my broadband connection stopped working on no.0265-2774xxx.The following errors are seen.
1) ADSL indicator is not seen,it comes on and goes off at random frequently.
2) DNS server is not responding.
Tried by using universal Google server parameters,like primary server 8.8.8.8 and
secondary server8.8.4.4,but is not successful.
Phone had problem earlier,but now it is working.
It shows that there is some loose contact in the line,which gets connected and disconnected at random,thus producing problems in stabilizing broadband connectivity.
I would request the concerned to get tre complaint attended.I have complained several times,still nothing happened.

Fibre wifi connection
I am contacting with the members who were taken the bsnl connection they are not responding I need internet for my education because online classes are going so I need internet connection otherwise I can't able to attend the class kindly give me a solution
No response for the new connection.
Applied for a broadband internet connection one month back, no response from the providers. Calling them daily they just give me fake promise and never showed. I called the bsnl customer care services and they disconnects my call after they hear the complaint. What a pathetic service and employees. No doubt you guys are in huge loss.
I used BSNL boardband internet.
Internet quality is weak. The plan of 10mbps will give 1mbps. They are very fast in disconnection of broadband after i applied. This shows the area of interest of BSNL.
No response for broadband connection
Applied for broadband connection till now nothing is done. All the customer care numbers are not working. This is the condition of BSNL service and when their salary is put on hold they start crying.
FTTH connection
Two FTTH connections taken one month ago, and for most of the time broadband is not working due to net or signal problem. No firm solution is there inspite of repeated complaints.
Disgusting service.
BSNL sincerely needs to solve the issue and improve services as internet is an essential service these days.
