My prepaid connection for BSNL no. is 91-9434813346.A package of Art of Living Services(AOL) is automatically activated on my mobile, i don't know from where because i never respond to service messages or calls!!! I've got m mobile recharged on 28th of Jan 2012 with Rs100, and instantly it has got activated and Rs.30 has been deduced from the main balance.Please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible otherwise i'll have to discontinue your network which i've been using for 5 yrs.

I am a BSNL broadband user with unlimited download tariff plan. My number is 0452-2642964. Oftenly my phone remains dead and my BSNL broadband connection frequently disconnects. i feel myself unable to lodge a complaint on 198 as my BNSL phone is not working and no bsnl phone is available nearby. Without Broadband, my work is also getting unduly affected. I got some broadband complaint number '1504','1800-345-1504, whenever I try to contact the above phone numbers there was a busy tone but when incidently the ring passes they dont answer. My work has been affected as the broadband connecetion was not properly available. So Kindly direct the related officer to look into the matter.

Today I have placed a request with Madipakkam branch customer care for shifting the landline and broadband to the above new address. I have also contacted the JTO of Kovilambakkam branch. He said it is not possible as there is no cable provision given in Perumal Nagar and the shifting is not possible. I asked him whether I should cancel the landline and broadband connections on the whole. JTO said it is good to do that.
Kindly do the needful in this regard. If you suggest me to cancel this then I will. How come such a great BSNL cannot provide a connection to the very nearby area ?

I am using BSNL pre-paid connection of A & N circle No.9476072361. Since last three months a message is being sent to me that Explore pack will be activated with charge of Rs.30/-PM to unsubscribe sent message to 55678 as unsubxp and charge will be Rs.2/-. First month Rs.2/- was charged as I sent message for unsubscribe. Next month I did not sent any message hence they charged Rs.30/-. Then I lodged a complain and it was acknowledged also for refund. This month again Rs. 30/- deducted and I receive a call from service center asking whether that service is continue or not. When I replied that again they have deducted Rs. 30/- that individual asked me to contact on 1503 number, which I tried but could not contact. Please do the need full.

Since last four year I am using the B S N L connection . Last two months we use the bsnl gprs 503 ( six months pack ) . Now me check my balance to show zero balance . In total 16 gb connection, even 1 gb not using . Every time we contact the customer care, we can here the busy tone . Then we will try 30 minutes , no responds the customer care . There after we contact the bsnl branch they told that me using the 49 ps plan. Early am using 1 ps per second plan, then me add 503 pack. There is come to this plan automatically cut my 503 pack . Every time I told the customercare they are not inform me to cut the 503 pack . So change the 49 ps above ten times to contact the customer care , but even one time no information from your customer care. If to low the call charge my 503 pack is cut . so kindly give me the 503 pack .

I have BSNL En Anbadan SIM card 9489344780 which is deducting much amount and also sending unwanted messages without opting. This is for your kind information that we have telephone number 01473 – 265038 in Barisadri Dist. Chittorgarh(RAJ). From last two years this number not works properly. It have heavy noise, no ring on incoming and no caller ID facility, when we do many complains in local BSNL office then he work on it and after two-three day same happen as past.
In barisadri 40% & above BSNL LL have disturbance but no one wants to find fault.
Sorry to say that Today’s where every person have mobile phone BSNL Landline not work in barisadri because some people not want to take any incentives so Kindly requested to you please take any action so people have BSNL connection with good services.

I had called Bsnl call center from my phone 9449598300 at 5.50pm and asked about the micro sim but that person who had told I will transfer the call to senior and put the music and no answer fro 10min(can be cross verified by call logs records)
I had again contacted at 6pm asked to lodge complaint against that person as the new person told me that he left to house by keeping my phone on hold
This person not ready to take complaint and give the complaint number to me.he told me that he will transfer to seniors
But I had waited 21min no reply
I personally request you to take this as complaint and take action about such useless people who are disgrading the bsnl services

If you want to know the services which are activated on a mobile and the deactivation codes for the services which are activated, then dial *456*00# from the mobile and press call button.
· Then you will receive activated service name with deactivation code.
· While deactivating, after dialing the deactivation code for example *456*12# for cricket. A confirmation will be asked, for which "1" should be given as reply and the call button should be pressed.
· You will be getting the message:
· "You request for BSNL express alerts - Cricket has been received. It will be deactivated shortly", confirming your deactivation.
· Note that the reply "1" should be given within 30 seconds.
· If no service is activated on your mobile and still you are dialling *456*00# then you will be getting message:
· "No service active Please dial *456*01# to subscribe BSNL Express Alerts Combo Pack Rs.50/month"
· Please inform this to all our subscribers to deactivate themselves as deactivation is free and they can try any number of times.

My instrumsents WLL is not working last 6 months from april to September 2011, I had complaints to S D O SIr, he has give rebates on my bills (because instruments of WLL was dead) so I give all formalities regarding rebates to Mr Nautiyal (Mr Barthwal he changed my instruments and opened my phone.) But after few days my phone officially disconnected by BSNL & no body give me any rebates. I asked Mr Chauhan accounts manager on today sir why not gives any rebates for us he told me I M sorry we don't have any received by you submitted rebates bills. Sir, I M specially told to Mr Nautiyal please submit our rebates bill to accounts managers they promise me you don't vary "APNE Sabhi Sign and formalities Karwa Diye hain AAPKA BILL THEEK KAR DIYA JAYEGA” I Called Mr. Nautiyals Mobile No 941200038 but he is not interested for picked my phone. But I M Sorry to say I M not happy for this kind of service of your peoples. So please disconnect my phone against my securities deposited amount & send me balance bill then I will deposit after receiving balance bill.
Because you’re BSNL people given all like GOLIs. How can use your (WLL SEVA) telephone. I do not advise to any one “do not use BSNL”.

DEDUCTING AMOUNT AND UNWANTED MESSAGE
I have BSNL En Anbadan SIM card 9489344780 which is deducting much amount and also sending unwanted messages without opting. Much amount has been deducting since long for without opting the facilities and sending unwanted messages to my mobile. I don't want this facilities and i want to use the mobile only for dialing and receiving the calls only. Please stop deducting the amount in future.

i really don't understand why call centre people dont pick the phone..and if the pick they will not solve the problem i m fed up of using BSNL my 3G WHICH I USE FOR INTERNET.. i charge every month but they stop the service from there end.. n if i ask them they ll tell change the setting.. i m going to stop using BSNL....
Getting charged for STD calls even though recharged with 501
Dear Madam/Sir,
My name is Swapna and Iam from Warangal.Iam using bsnl mobile and my mobile number is 8500310383(Nestham plan),
and every month iam recharging my mobile with Rs.501
for which iam getting free to all bsnl local and STD.Now my problem is iam getting charged for making calls to STD bsnl mobile.
I recharged my mobile with 501 on 25th of last month.
From 29th onwards iam getting charged. I made a call to customer care for many times but the executives are not responding well.
For two days they said that there is a problem in network
and now they are saying that the number to which iam getting charged is not a BSNL number,
the no is 09013894234(MTNL, My husband number).This is an Delhi number,There is no BSNL there, so MTNL taking the network
on behalf of BSNL.For the same number I am not charged for 4 months when I recharged with 501.
If that number is not BSNL then I have to charged for those 4 mnths,then how can those people say that
it is not an BSNL.My complaint tkt# is 'I01AP299421'.For your information the executives are just disconnected the call twice while speaking
and twice they said that we are connecting to our superior and they just disconnected the call.This is how you are providing the services.Plz understand my
position and do the needfull.I think you will take the necessary action.

Dear Sir,
This is for your kind information that we have telephone number 01473 – 265038 in Barisadri Dist. Chittorgarh(RAJ). From last two years this number not works properly. It have heavy noise, no ring on incoming and no caller ID facility, when we do many complains in local BSNL office then he work on it and after two-three day same happen as past.
In barisadri 40% & above BSNL LL have disturbance but no one wants to find fault.
Sorry to say that Today’s where every person have mobile phone BSNL Landline not work in barisadri because some people not want to take any incentives so Kindly requested to you please take any action so people have BSNL connection with good services.

I had called Bsnl call center from my phone 9449598300 at 5.50pm and asked about the micro sim but that person who had told I will transfer the call to senior and put the music and no answer fro 10min(can be cross verified by call logs records)
I had again contacted at 6pm asked to lodge complaint against that person as the new person told me that he left to house by keeping my phone on hold
This person not ready to take complaint and give the complaint number to me.he told me that he will transfer to seniors
But I had waited 21min no reply
I personally request you to take this as complaint and take action about such useless people who are disgrading the bsnl services

If you want to know the services which are activated on a mobile and the deactivation codes for the services which are activated, then dial *456*00# from the mobile and press call button.
· Then you will receive activated service name with deactivation code.
· While deactivating, after dialing the deactivation code for example *456*12# for cricket. A confirmation will be asked, for which "1" should be given as reply and the call button should be pressed.
· You will be getting the message:
· "You request for BSNL express alerts - Cricket has been received. It will be deactivated shortly", confirming your deactivation.
· Note that the reply "1" should be given within 30 seconds.
· If no service is activated on your mobile and still you are dialling *456*00# then you will be getting message:
· "No service active Please dial *456*01# to subscribe BSNL Express Alerts Combo Pack Rs.50/month"
· Please inform this to all our subscribers to deactivate themselves as deactivation is free and they can try any number of times.
