IDFC first bank

Don't use IDFC first bank fastag.it is a fraud one.they deducted unnecessary amount from our account.

Tripple toll deduction

I visited greater noida from pataudi via kMP on 27.07.2024, At fatehpur rampur toll plaza, they said your Fasttag is blacklisted and they collected double charge, RS. 220 in form of cash from me, even Rs. 110 also deducted from my Fasttag account.

So, they charged tripple amount, 330Rs. From me.
Where can I register complain regarding this. Kindly suggest

Till debited but not reflecting in passbook

Worst experience I had with this pathetic app toll debited on 18 but not reflecting in passbook till date and even knowone is responding.

simplifiy fast tag payments

concerned developers of this app , you have to be more flexible on payments and choosing your own while purchasing our vehicle . you should be able to use any kind of payment using your registered mobile number using a otp system for safety . Now its it is really difficult to do this even with one or multiple vehicles. I have given suggestions to railways app using only pnr number and RMN which succesfully worked for them.

Unauthorised debit of toll charges at KMP/KGP Highway

My ticket number 3187-375140 is still open as my unauthorised deduction of Rs. 265 in place of Rs. 10 as it was return journey, at KGP jakhauli toll plaza is still not reimbursed after several reminders on Paytm 24 X 7. Kindly return my amount asap.

Difficulty I Fastag Recharge and double toll payment

I got a message to update the KYC for Fastag just one day before it was expiring.

I used my PAN Card and Passport copy to update KYC. But KYC is rejected stating Photo on PAN card is not clear.

PAN card is Government document and I agree that photo printed over is faint but clear. However my photo on Passport is very much clear but Fastag officials are not ready to accept that as an ID as it is uploaded for address proof.

Now, from last 12 days I am unable to recharge my wallet and spoke to the customer care executive and he says, if I resubmit the clear document for KYC, it takes around 7 days for verification and meantime I have to pay double toll and travel.

Customer Care Executive is not ready to raise this as a concern/complaint. Not sure why, even he is not ready to provide me an e-mail address to which I can address my concern.

KYC Rejected

I got a message to update the KYC for Fastag just on the day when it was expiring. I used my Driving License to update KYC and Driving License was uploaded from Digilocker (which is an acceptable document as per IT Act). But KYC is rejected asking me to upload the original document. No sure why Digilocker issued document is not considered original here.

Now, I am unable to recharge my wallet and spoke to the customer care executive and he says, if I submit the original document for KYC, it takes around 7 days for verification and meanwhile, I need to pay cash (double the charges) and travel.

If Digilocker documents are not accepted, it should be made visible to the person submitting the KYCn document, but it is not done here. For the mistake where I am not responsible, I need to pay additional charges now.

Customer Care Executive is not ready to raise this as a concern/complaint. Not sure why, even he is not ready to provide me an e-mail address to which I can address my concern.

very bad experience

I travelled through the toll and returned within 24 hrs but charges are deducted full (on 21st December 2021 between Panchkula to Barwala). I came to know that within 24 hrs return charges are more deducted. My experienced was very bad. It was very shamful to u people u have deducted more than 240 rs. Kindly do needful in this regard. Talegaon toll faulty scanning_Multipal deductions happened

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Yesterday on 06th Dec 2021, I was traveling from Pune to Mumbai through Mumbai Pune express way. I Have observed after reaching home that the amount of 203 Rs. for Talegaon Toll Plaza got deducted approx.. 22 times.

This is really very Frustrating.

I have traveled from Dhule toll and Chandwad toll on 6th Nov 2021. Rs 145/- deducted twice whereas it should be exempted at next one.
This is disappointing. Top to it I am getting overdrawn messages. No response to mails & from customer care also.

What should I do?

No SMS come after crossing Toll

I went to Tirunelveli on 15/10/2021 from Puducherry at 01:30 pm and returned on 17/10/2021 from Tirunelveli at 11:30 am. And I reached Tirunelveli at 8pm. I have not received any SMS for user fees deducted at tolls from my account during my entire trip. Please check and correct it. This information should be sent to every customer.

More charges deducted (to and fro) within 24 hrs

I travelled through the toll and returned within 24 hrs but charges are deducted full (on 21st July between Jaitpur to Rajkot). I came to know that within 24 hrs return charges are less deducted. I experienced one more trip also and charges were deducted less. Kindly do needful in this regard. Dr R Yadav

Improper toll deduction

While traveling from Mumbai to Pune, toll of Rs. 203 was deducted at the Khalapur toll Plaza on 14th March 2021 at 17:59. In the onward journey, toll amount of Rs. 203 was again deducted at the Talegaon toll plaza at 19.07 in stead of Rs. 67 that was supposed to be deducted.

2) At Talegaon exit plaza, after seeing receipt, my vehicle was allowed to go. Few minutes later I noticed from SMS that additional toll of Rs 203 has been deducted from my FASTag wallet, for the same travel. ( sreen shot of the transaction is attached)

Request to look into the matter and arrange for the refund of extra collected amount.

My fast tag was deducted 105 INR after I had already paid in cash another 105 INR to the toll. Fastag have enough balance but it shows blacklisted that's why I have to pay money in cash. However, later money was too deducted from fastag. Pls refund my money.
