PIN Generation Process

To Activate your Physical Credit Card for POS/ATM/Contactless you need to first Set the PIN. 

You can set your credit card PIN via either of the following options.
• Using FedMobile App: Login FedMobile >> Credit Card >> Set Credit Card Pin
• Using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System by dialling 0484-2630994

Card Activation Process

To activate your credit card for E-com transactions:

•    Login to FedMobile App >> Credit Card >> Accept the Terms and Conditions

Grievance Redressal

Level 1

• If you have any query/complaint then, firstly you have to call 24 hour customer care on 1800-425-1199 / 1800-420-1199, 0484–6754111 or email at creditcards [at] federalbank [dot] co. or you can fill this Complaint Form.
• For Complaints related to Credit Cards mis-selling or harassment from recovery agents related to Credit cards then, you have to call 0484–6754111 or email at ccsalessupport [at] federalbank [dot] co [dot] in

Level 2

• If you query is not resolved then, you can fill this Grievance form. or you can also lodge your complaint online through CMS Portal.

To Block Card:

• If you have any query/complaint then firstly you have to call 18004251199 or 18004201199 (For Indian Customers) and +91-484- 2630994 or + 91-484-2630995 (For Abroad Customers) or email at creditcards [at] federalbank [dot] co [dot] in
• You can block your card via Log in to the FedNet account and select the 'Credit Card' module on the home screen. Select the 'Manage Credit Card' option and follow the rest of the process through the 'Report Credit Card' option.
