NOTE : Serial No. 16 to 20 are applicable only at the time of renewal.
Enclosed :
1. Attested copy of Building plan as approved by the concerned Planning & Development Authority, as may be applicable (For new projects only).
2. Attested copy of lease & licence agreement (If leased).
3. Attested copy of licence/NOC of the Gram Panchayat/Municipal Council to run the hotel/lodging/paying guest accommodation/copy of Trade Tax receipt (in original).
4. Notarized copy of the NOC from the owner of the premises.
5. If run by Foreigners necessary documents to be produced, like copy of Business visa, Clearance from R.B.I. & FEMA as may be applicable.
6. Two copies of tariff card (for the current financial year).
7. Valid NOC from Fire Services.
8. Valid NOC from Goa State Pollution Control Board.
9. Submit statistics of guests stayed in hotel/paying guest accommodation every month regularly.
10. Submit information of number of rooms/beds, both hotels & paying guest accommodation.
