Problem in searchability of songs

I am paid user of gaana since 2017. Now when i search old film or song, it does not show. Like hathi mere sathi, mai tulsi tere angan ki, do raaste.. It displays new albums other tha what i want.

Is there any issue on setting? I have wrote to help [at] gaana [dot] com but no respose recceived. Neither any live customer supposrt is ther.

Auto-Renewal deducted money twice

They deducted money twice on the same day for yearly renewal.
First they deducted INR 299 , then they deducted INR 399 for the same yearly renewal. Though, there was no previous pending pending.
