They just want amount that's it service god will know. The very very worst service.
Very disappointed to say that am facing connection issue from past 1week and none of ur customer care or contact number is working and raised complaint number of times but waste of time..I think u are doing an joke with customer after getting the payment from them.
For payment you will send 10 times reminder but for issues u people will not respond. complaint number of times but waste of time. No action on complaint
Very disappointed to say that I am frequently facing connection issue since the day, I took broadband connection and none of your customer care or contact number works and raising a complaint just a waste of times. Even you will never reply back of any email. Customer care support is just horrible, they will just say backend team is working or will send someone, if by chance, you get succeed to connect to customer care but nobody is doing nothing, just making you fool.
No one will give you the expected resolution time or any reason. They just took advance of 6 months and then forgot to provide the service as they already got the money.

About reconnection
We r trying to contact customer care frm last 5 days bt there r no number shows working .. all the time number is busy ... i mean what is this .. in this pandamic time u have to connect by online with customers... i were not surat frm 5 mth bcz of lockdown... now m at my home nd i want to recharge again in hathway .. but I don’t know the procedures.. plz let me know how to activate my account again nd how to recharge by net ...
Worst Internet in India is Hathaway.
Location : Mumbai; Kandivali West - Mahavir Nagar.
I am using Hathaway since last 10 years. Initial 3 years I have faced horrible problems as their infrastructure is one of the worst in the industry. After doing multiple complaints and more or less boycott from all our neighborhood they have modified their infrastructure. It then worked fine for few years. However; not to come to their trap again; I have install one redundant MTNL in my flat.
During Lockdown since last 4 months; again it has proved that Hathaway is worst network in India or may be in the world. It collapsed. It's infrastructure is very limited. If you have their standard or even medium to moderate plans - you are their last priority. During Lockdown as most of people are working from Home; our area infrastructure of Hathaway has been collapsed. MTNL is 100 times better and worked to our satisfaction during this lockdown.
We had 8 Hathaway connections in our building out of 27 flats and all had problems. Their service is worst than even their networks. Out of 8; 3 have replaced with other network and others are slowly changing over.
In nutshell; do not install Hathaway even if they give you free. WORST, HORRIBLE and most unprofessional company in the world.

No response after paying the amount for a new connection
I paid the amount 4 days before but no installation is done.very bad

however non of your service nos work
emails sent bounce back. basically it is shocking to know that such a big company like hathway has such poor customer care /service
There is no number we can call or email id that responds. At such covid times when internet connectivity is a necessity we are being deprived of the same despite having paid our dues in full . further we are not getting any service to address our grievance
its really disappointing. we once more request you to please resolve our matter.
