Indane Gas Online Booking Procedure

  • In Consumer Login ,Enter your user name /Email Id
  • You can also Register in Consumer Registration
  • Fill Distributor Details-
    • State/District/Distributor/Consumer No OR 17 Digit LPG Id
    • User Name /Email Id
    • Contact No -Landline/Mobile
    • Enter the Captcha
    • Click on Accepted terms & Conditions
    • Submit
    • The order will be sent to the concerned distributor and you will able to pay
      to the distributor directly on delivery.
    • You will be able to track the status of your booking online.

Indane Gas Booking Through SMS Service

  • If you are using the SMS facility for the frst time, then SMS to 7718955555
    • <16 Digit Cosumer ID> UID<Last 4 Digit Of Aadhar>
    • <16 Digit Cosumer ID> SV<Last 4 Digit Of Subscription Voucher>
  • If you get register by your no. You Can made booking by sending an SMS <REFILL> to 7718955555

Indane Gas Subsidy Procedure

Subsidised cylinders will be supplied only to Customers with Aadhaar number and only though their Bank accounts.
If you do not have Aadhar Number please enrol to get Aadhaar immediately.

  • Submit Photocopy of the Aadhaar Letter/Card to your Distributor show room or
    Gas Delivery boy with Consumer Number,Name,Mobile No etc
  • A copy of DGCC/Blue Book
  • Aadhaar letter shall also to be provided to your bank
    • Photo Copy of Aadhaar Card
    • Photo Copy of First page of DGCC / Blue Book or recent delivery reciept
    • Address Proof (Required only in case of your present LPG delivery address
      is different from address in Aadhaar Card)
    • Information as asked in points 1 to 6 in "Aadhaar Registration Sheet.

Subsidy is Not Received

Subsidy not been received despite cylinder being delivered

  • Once the cylinder has been delivered,it takes 2-3 days for your subsidy to be reflected in your bank account
    If you not received subsidy then contact the DBTL Grievance Cell 1800 2333 555
  • Call are answered by the service agents from 8am to 8pm.

Transaction failed

In case the subsidy has been sent but the same has not been reflected in the your bank account,
then visit your bank branch with your Aadhaar card and enquire about the same

Subsidy transferred but it is not seen in the bank account

  • In case there is no failed transaction and the amount has been transferred but the you has not received, then you can
    visit the bank branch with your Aadhaar card. Alternatively, you can link their Aadhaar card to another bank account

Cylinder booked but you have not receive LPG subsidy

  • You are advised to wait for a minimum period of 4 days post which you can call the toll free number 1800 2333 555
  • The customer care representatives will take care of the rest. Updates will be sent to your mobile number.

  • An emergency services number also exists which is a central ESC number – 1906

  • Log a complaint
  • Check the history of refill supplies received
  • Put a request for surrender of connection
  • Rate your distributor
    • Go to Play Store ,download "Indane"
    • Install the Application , follow the steps
    • Fill the details
    • Submit the details

You will receive a SMS with the activation code on your mobile,follow the steps and start using it.

Irresponsible Service

I reported Gas leakage, nobody cares. Even called 1906, costumer care number 1800 2333555 Automatically call cuts after 1 minutes..! This is ridiculous you people are not worth for this kind of service.

I’m thinking to escalate this.

Gas not delivered and sold to someone

I hold a gas connection with Saila gas at r r complex miyapur. Booked two weeks back delivered as per message. When called they say door locked. If door locked why and where it for delivered. When I call it’s drama by agency will u b at home today. Why the receipt came as delivered if door locked and they say two attempts made. Now after calling and complaining they say will deliver today without fail. And they are closing complaints with out addressing them. Sick of this Saila gas agency not first time I am facing this. Y no action is taken on this agency

Gas Booking (Urgent Issue)

Dear Sir:

My consumer number is: 13954, Name: RITASRI MUKHERJEE, Address: 27/1 Northern Avenue, Kolkata 700037. My registered mobile number with Indane is XXXXXX0551.

Today I booked for refill in Whatsapp. However, what I see that Indane replied me that: Dear Customer, order for Con No 01945 is registered with Ref No. etc etc.

But, my consumer number is 13954.

I am really puzzled. Please check and reply to my e-mail.

Delivery Issue

Hi Team,
Hope everyone is happy and safe!!!!

I am regular customer of Indane LPG from Jammu and my consumer ID is 18437 and our distributor is CHENAB GAS AGENCY Jammu - 180001.

I'm writing this mail because we are facing cylinder delivery issue from so long, many of times our bill was generated (notified by message) but cylinder not delivered at my address and same issue we are facing this time again.
I've booked a cylinder on 29th of July but till date it is not delivered, however we were notified by message 2 times, first time the bill was cancelled due to revised rates and secondly bill was again generated but till date it is not delivered yet, might be they sale our booked cylinder in black.
I have also called customer care 3 times number they were hear my full concern but didn't registered my complaint, they put my call on hold and not respond again and after some time call was disconnected and same thing happened 3 times.
When we called to distributor and they always respond in very pathetic way and said will deliver tomorrow, will deliver tomorrow, will deliver tomorrow but we never know when that tomorrow will come.
At last, the funny thing is happened today, when we got the message at evening that cylinder is delivered at my address which is not delivered yet.

I would like to request you please resolve my concern ASAP.

Since last 4/5 month i bought cylinder but i didnt receved any of the subsidy.i have complain to the delivery boy.he also didnt respond.

Delivery failure

480171 is my booking Reference Number and I am verymuch available at home 24/7. Why the booking is cancelled . I even made personal call to the distributor . They said it will be delivered. But just now I received message stating booking got cancelled.
What the hell going on with your booking system? Why it got cancelled?
