I have cancelled my ticket from MMR to CNB on date 11/08/2012 and i have received a message from IRCTC that your ticket has been cancelled and amount 4690/- will be refunded in your account bt till now i have not received my money in account. I have called customer care numbers of IRCTC but there is not any response,after that i have called at registered office of IRCTC but they did not picked my call.
SO kindly tell me whats the exact problem and what will be the decision of IRCTC or i have to get help of CONSUMER FORUM.

I have booked a flight ticket through irctc site on 16/07/12 from Bangalore to Kolkata and round trip from Kolkata to Bangalore.Kolkata to Bangalore ticket is confirmed but Bangalore to Kolkata has failed. I made payment through Internate banking of SBI bank of Rs.11377.00 for round trip ticket,but I did not received the amount for the failed ticket yet.

Hello, I booked a 3 AC ticket for 6 persons for October from Bangalore to Chennai. Only 3 of them were confirmed in that. I got to know that the available tickets itself less for 3AC around 3 or 4. So I want to know whether the remaining 3 will be confirmed or not when the chart prepares. Please let me know. We planned so many other tours from Chennai linked to this train. I had booked a ticket on 21/06/2012 to travel from New Delhi to Howrah on 23/06/2012. The ticket booked is W/L -90. The ticket is not confirmed on 23/06/2012. I have registerd in IRCTC site for booking railway E-ticket through Internet and my user ID is chandan_dg. I used these A/c number of times to book railway tickets.
But unfortunately, yesterday when I tried to book ticket using this User ID, it's not allowing me to proceed further and showing the message 'Can not use this A/c as this account is suspended'

Would you let me know how can I activate this A/C for booking the railway tickets now

I tried to reset my password, for which I answered the secret question correctly, it said your new password has been sent to your registered email, but I didn't get any mail from them. Also please note that, when I booked my tickets, I didn't receive this time any mail from irctc. Moreover when tried to sign up for a new account, it didn't accept my mobile no., saying that it has already been registered.
