- Cancellation charges of airlines are subject to change and would be applicable as per airlines policies at the time of cancellation.
- When you cancel a booking with IRCTC, a fee of Rs 250 per passenger per segment applies, in addition to the airline's charges. For changes to your booking, an amendment fee of Rs 250 per passenger per sector is also charged.

Sir,
In most of the stations, people have to climb about 50 steps and get down to reach their platform. I see the senior citizens suffer a lot in this regard. Besides people with heavy luggage are also finding it difficult. So. please arrange an alternate path for them

Dohale, having irctc account's username "shivsh2000 "but i forgot passward after my request irctc send me email verification passward but unable to send me moblile verifcation code so i can't login, if possible don't mandatory mobile verification code, please resolved my probleum as early as possible .
