Forgot IRCTC password but not getting reset

I have an account in IRCTC from 5 years. I booked e-ticket for 3 passengers for 26 Jan. 2012 . I want to cancel those tickets but not able to login to IRCTC account.Getting invalid useName/Paswword.

When clicked on forgot password,getting message as Mail has been sent to your registered email-id but did not receive any mail.

I was booking the e- ticket from the user id sunilbs86 to Mantralayam from Bangalore today i.e on 21/01/2012 at 2.20pm. I was making payment through my Indian bank debit card. The payment has been made( the amount is rs.998) but the ticket has not been booked. There was some technical problem in the website I think. I got the message from my bank that my account has been debited to the amount mentioned above. I want my account to be credited to the same from irctc. Please help me in this matter. Refund of money for failed transction id no 0442321680 dt 13.1

I have booked an e-ticket on 13.1.12,transaction ID0442321680 , although the money is debited from bank the ticket could not be generated due to failed transaction . In the ticket history it is shown as refund instructions given to bank . but it has been informed by the bank that they have not received any information from IRCTC . i have booked a ticket through irctc.co.in at 2:30 pm on 19th jan 2012 in Train No 19018, SAU JANATA EXP through ICICI Netbanking though debit/ma stercard502545. date of journey is 24th march 2012. the total fare of Rs 560.00 has been deducted from my ICICIbank account but no ticket was shown in booked history. payment IS deductedfrom my bank. so kindly credit the amount back in my account.

By mistake I updated incorrect email ID in my IRCTC profile and after that I am not able to login. Getting incorrect password message. Also when I tried to reset the password using forgot password, got the message that "your password has been reset and sent to your registered email ID". As I already mentioned that registered email ID is incorrect.
Please suggest what should I do?

Dear sir! i booked 3 tickets through irctc.co.in on 11.01.2012 Train: Gondwana Express (from Jabalpur to Nizamuddin); journey date 13 Feb. 2012. Everything regarding the booking procedure was going on smoothly. During the payment through OBC Net Banking; after filling all the details for banking and on clicking the make payment after a while a blank page appeared showing redirection to banking. but nothing happened thereafter. On confirming from booked history i found no generation of ticket. Failed transaction showed transaction id: 2665515(settlement requested); and Rs 1020/ debited from my account. What should i do to get my amount credited in my account. Expecting reply from your side. Thank you!

I would also like to address that I have booked almost 8 nos of tickets and I did not take any print out of my all the tickets, at present this is the status that I am not able to perform my journey, nor I have got any PNR no. for my booked tickets. I badly needs your help.

This is with reference to above subject for which i would like to inform that while booking ticket from Bhuj to Borivali with Transaction no.1228190032 it got debited from my account but in the end it showed transaction cancelled due to session expired,So we would like to rebate the same amount of Rs. 617.03 (Six Hundred seventeen & paise three only/-) to My HDFC Account from which the transaction was done.
Secondly, after that i have to again book the tickets for irctc with Transaction No.1228190607,which got confirmed in the end,So i request you to look into the matter and kindly arrange to do the needful implementation

Amount was deducted but i didn;t get ticket

Dear sir/madam
I was booked ticket through irctc.co.in 27th dec. 2011. Train no:56503 VIjayawada passenger (from Nandyal to Vijayawada); journey date 15th jan. 2012. Everything regarding the booking procedure was going on smoothly. During the payment through SBI debit card; after filling all the details for banking and on clicking the make payment after a while a blank page appeared showing redirection to banking. but nothing happened thereafter. On confirming from booked history i found no generation of ticket. Failed transaction showed transaction (settlement requested); and Rs 115/ debited from my account. What should i do to get my amount credited in my account. Expecting reply from your side.

Today on dated 23rd dec. at 14.01Hrs an amount of Rs 303/- was deducted from my citibank credit card account vide no. 503830, but ticket not issued. Then again I booked ticket and amount of Rs.303/-was deducted vide no 245817 and ticket issued. Please refund the amount of Rs. 303/-deducted vide no 503830 in my citibank account as only one ticket is issued.

TDR refund mistake

I have canceled tickets of two of PNR Number: 8418690931 and filed TDR for same on Dec 10, 2011 before the departure of train (before 6 hours)

Reason was, seat not allotted for both tickets.
