I bought a mitashi air conditioner about a year back and like a very common issue it showed signs of non cooling. This was after one of the exeuctives came over for a normal servicing post which my AC stopped working. I kept calling up the service centre numbers given but in vain when i finally got a call after mailing, and i was told a technician would be there in twenty four hours, i got a call after two days, that the technician will come after another two days. this went on for two weeks. the technician came and send the condenser coil was not working and gave me an estimate of about 8k. i told him i would give him a call in day. post that i also find out that the company approved price was about 6,700 for repairing and resolving the issue, but nevertheless i though i will wait a while before getting the issue resolved. when i told the technician i will get in done in perhaps a week i was met with a very rude response, and that is not even the problem with the after sales services i have with this brand.
It is the wrong diagnosis of the problem. A week later i got it checked by a guy who used to service my AC earlier and found out the coil was absolutely fine, there was no gas in the AC and refilling would do, and there was a very small leak in the pipe. i paid 3k for the whole affair. It is important to understand how the customers are being mislead by executives of this brand. they first of all do not live upto the timings, the come unannounced and then they charge so much of money after providing all kinds of wrong information. 

I bought last year ac 1.5 tan of mitashi. From installing dated not for good working. Now summer is going on. So I have to ac good parforming. So plz send your engineer . As soon as possible .
