I purchased a Mitashi smart TV in November 2019 and it stopped working in July 2020. It has a warranty for 3 years. I have registered complaint with the dealer on 4th July and have contacted them many times since then. But still my problem hasn't been resolved yet.. they keep on delaying the matter. the customer care number also doesn't work.

I am trying to contact Mitashi Customer Care since last 4-5 months but unable to connect. First, the motor of my Mitashi Washing Machine got damaged (which was under warranty) but since I was unable to connect with Mitashi Customer Care/ Service Center, I was forced to get it changed from local vendor by paying Rs.2000 inspite of the warranty. Now the pulsator is damaged and I am unable to find the pulsator in the Market. I searched almost everywhere in local market as well as online but unable to find it. Even Urban Company professionals are unable to procure it. And I am helpless for almost last 1 month because of unavailability of Pulsator.
First of all, within 2 years of purchase, so many problems (even earlier there were problems, but somehow got it resolved from them). Secondly non-availability of customer care / service center for resolution of queries. And last but not least, non-availability of parts in the market.
I believe Mitashi is the worst brand to trust upon and no-one should buy its products.

Hi, I bought Mitashi AC 1.5ton in Amazon on October 2018 and in January 2019 got E0 error and call customer service team they said 48hours they will resolve the problem but they came after a month and said have to change a part and still now today is 27may till now they didn't get it resolved.only there months AC has been worked for months passed but they didn't take any action worst service from Mitashi and the customer care people also not responding properly I didn't know whom to contact to resolve this... bought AC but no use waste of money... Mitashi is a cheating company plz ever don't buy Mitashi products...why do they sell products to customer as they don't have correct customer service people to service their products...very pathetic..v...worst company...
Worst customer services i have ever experienced. Products are also not good. I purchased inverter AC last year. After 8 months it started troubling me. i registered my complaint with the customer care 20 days back, but local service center team is not able to resolve my complaint even after 20 days. Customer care is non-responsive. I will never suggest anyone to purchase any mitashi product in future, because service is really very poor.
I would like the Top Management of Mitashi India to read this and analyse on their career choice as I am doing since the time I bought your AC.
To start with:-
1:- Customer Service - OMG, how can you guys call yourselves a company? I mean a local samosa vendor manages his customers more professionally. Who gave you the liscence to sell things in India? Have the Top Management ever tried calling their own CS or their levels are too low to expect even medocracy.
2:- App - You guys are funny. One can die out of comedy if not agony. The whole time IVR keeps repeating about downloading the app. I tried it and with no surprise, it didn't work. It has 2 options, login or register. Both of them throw contradictory messages not allowing me to either login or register.
3:- Service Engineers - After 24 hours of continuous follow up, the service engineer comes empty handed at 4 pm on a Saturday to tell me that the gas has leacked and this would be refilled on Sunday. Are you guys even serious about this company to sustain for 5 years?? I had clearly explained the CS rep that everything is working fine but it's not cooling. 90% chances were that gas has leacked. But you guys had the audacity to come empty handed and do the inspection and tell me it can't be done before Sunday. Do I have no other work in life except introsecting on the mistake I have made by buying your product?
Dear CEO sir, I request you to leave this organisation and find a better job for yourself. Meanwhile, I'll wait till Sunday evening for this matter to resolve.
Else I shall light it up on fire and post the video on YouTube and Twitter. Letting the Country know what to do with a 15 day old Mitashi AC if it stops working.

Customer service guai attand your complaint withn 42 hours but no any replying to me in service center. And again and again call to customer service every time spock to your complaint is allocated but no any executive check my product problem.
Compliant no.
Wold have the CC for around 10 times but only getting assurance and nothing else. Even the technician visited once, and he even didn't had a solution.
Said will come later but didn't turn up. Complaining from last 15th june, no body is there to listen. Very very pathetic service.
