I m very tired of the service at oppo service I have visited on Saturday 10th of June they told me summit your phone today but I have some important thinks to do at office so I decided to submit my phone on Monday (Today) employee informed me submit we can take approval in 2hr update your the details but know after submitting my phone they are saying you get your phone after 5 pm I have taken leave today sort my phone issue and employer of oppo saying after approval they need more time I stay at Chembur what should I do 5hrs 10th of June I wakeup and show 1 green line has appear at my phone I can't understand after update my this going to be happening Request you please help me on this issue at earliest possible

Purchase reno8 mobile on February 2023
In kolkata as i recd manufacturing defect charger
Complain to service centre despite in my my warranty period dey r charging for repair den whats d use of warranty period and most important it was manufacturing defect dey could not able to proof dat it was tempered/mishandled by us
Charger pin was differ in size not equal in length
Manufacturing defect but still not accepting mistake and want clients to suffer for buying reno8

Do not purchase oppo phone they provide very disgusting service, their staff not working properly and not want to resolve your problem.
I have purchased oppo A-16e, I have facing issue related to charging jack,I have complaint nearest branch Noida sector 2 they told us we don't have product now we will provide after 10 days, then I had gone after three months for the same issue
They replied same, anyone can imagine easily what they want to help, do not purchase oppo phone.disgusting service

battery problem replacement - service centre no proper reply

Dear team,

i have purchased OPPO reno8 last 2 months back, battery problem stated by oppo service centre, they asked for two days for replacement, after 2 days i have called them, no proper response stating that we have ordered new one, when it will reach we dont know afterwards u just bring mobile for battery replacement. such a big brand, one battery replacement is taking one week time, till now no response. we have to approach the service centre couple of times.
I think i opted for wrong brand and mobile.

Very poor touch glass of oppo smart phone

I have a oppo a7 Mobile .
It has gorilla glass.
How it was broken when mistakely it dropped only from 2 feet of height.

I have 3 oppo mobile in my family.

Oppo A71 k
Oppo F 19 pro+ 5G

Because of gorilla glass.
I thought oppo gorilla glass has very poor in quality. I am very disappointed.
I never buy any oppo product in future.
