Sir I have purchased oppo reno 5 pro when they keept offer for republic day offer for india as saying 1 time screen replace for any damages so took this on 25/1/2021 & I activated it on 27/1/2021 they are saying me as I activated on 27 so I'm don't come in that offer how is possible as I have bill of 25 they don't see the bill then on when it has activated online by doing this china's company thing we Indians are fool & Indians become fool my engraving made in india at box india k phone as making us belive it but it's not so please do resolve my problem.

WORST SERVICE

HI Team,

I had to file a concern regarding the after sales service provided by OPPO at Jaynagar Bangalore center.

I accidentally broke the screen of my F9 Pro which i bought 4 month ago. I visited the service center dated 24/02/2019 to get it fix. After through testing my mobile the service center updated me to get the new screen fitted. I ask them to get the screen fixed on the same day. But they informed me the stock is not available and will be delay by 2 day.

Since then im calling them to get it fix but their response is the stock is still not available. Is this the after sale services provided by OPPO?.

My business is getting affected because of the contacts stored in the Phone. I this kind of service continuous for sure your sales will get affected and also the customers.

Please kindly look into this matter. The work order # INKA042-190225007.

Writing this message you in bit of disappointment.
Have purchased Realme1 phone last month on 26th of July and yesterday phone stopped working.

The screen has turned yellowish green and stuck there.

After reading several review understand this is know issue with Realme1 phone.

Can someone pls contact me on how to progress further as Amazon is no longer accepting the return/exchange of it.
