Unable to find gasket for Prestige Nakshatra Alpha

We are unable to find gasket for the prestige Nakshatra Alpha 5 litre cooker. We searched every shops in Kannur district. We couldn't find any. Is there any possibility to deliver a couple of washers for the cooker.

Grievances

We have purchased prestige grinder on 20.08.2022. After the usage of 3 to 4 months, the grinder is not rotating when we add rice. We raised complaint, the technical person repaired the grinder for more than 3 times, but the issue was not resolved. We are very disappointed with the prestige product. Kindly replace the product. We are going to share about this bad review about this product in YouTube.

I HAVE SEVERAL PRESTIGE COOKERS OF DIFFERENT CAPACITIES.

YOUR DESIGN DEPARTMENT HAS ERRED IN SELECTION OF SCREWS USED FOR HANDLES. SCREWS ARE MADE OF MILD STEEL WHICH RUSTS IN NO
TIME AND BECOMES DIFFICULT TO REMOVE. YOU SHOULD HAVE USED HIGHER GRADE STAINLESS STEEL OF WHICH DOES OT RUST.

Problem in prestige electic rice cooker

I was purchased a prestige electric rice cooker on 05 Sep 19. After 10-15 days i was opened & use the cooker, the cooker was not cooked. The cooker button is unserviceable. Button not working properly. The cooker is getting only warming & not going to cooking mode automattically. I was contact customer care service & lodge a complaint vide job No. LUCK1045271 on 29 Sep 19. But, till date no one technician not calling me or not come to my house.I am repeatedly everday contact to customer care service, they are mis guide me till date..Please rectify my problem at the earliest..Thankq..
