We have one Glass top 4 Burner gas stove.
Glass top was broken 4 weeks back. We lodged a complaint on 12.02.2024 and your response for the complaint.

Very worst design I found 17defcts in the product.veruy unfit to be sold.
I have written a complaint to corporate people 1yr ago. No one responded to it.
Today, 22nd Nov 2023, lodged a complaint about a leg plate rusted and given away.
Another leg also has gotten rusted and will break soon.
Unfortunately, this was bought by my son without my knowledge. Otherwise I would never buy prestige products. My younger brother bought a kettle for my mother's home,it failed in 1month...very flimsy product.
Now I have to ask a top management guy to replace the stove or to refund it.I would rather insist to allow me to choose a model that would work for few years without any problem. My mother uses sunflame stove last 15yrs....still functioning well.

I had problem with my gas stove since 2 months due to which gas cylinder caught fire last month.again there was problem with burner from 15 days i called the service center they sent a technician he replaced fake burner charged 1800 plus 300 which I m not at all satisfied.prestige products what I have r really worst product I have 3 cookers which overflow even if u put little water.

Please don't call this number and register your complaint from my experienced it's a fake. I called this number and registered complaint after that they sent local tech. Person came and did service and charged very high. After the repair within 2 days again same problem, when we called the person ,he was arrogant. Then from showroom we got to know that it was a fraud. More than 6k I have spent but no use. Please don't go for this. Register your complain under the showroom where you have purchased.

I have purchased GTKSV-4 Gas Burner with glass top on 15th July 2022 within 1.5 month glass top got shattered .
I have raised the compliant on 2/9/2022 and till now today I have followed up with customer service team 5 times and no response from technical team.
I would suggest do not go for Prestige product unless you get good customer service support

Don't go for Prestige Products particularly the mixer grinder. I purchased Atlas plus mixer grinder. The heat and sound it is generating is un bearable. If you in cancel or return window just do it otherwise you repent like me.

Hob top repaire
I have a hob top of prestige with starting problem . Product is under warranty . service man visited us and charged me Rs.350+ gst without repair and said to be come after 3-4 days . After 25 days no one visited us !! prestige portal have no link to track your complaint !! never seen worst product as well as service like Prestige .

Prestige make defective Hob Top
I have purchased Prestige make 4 burner Hob Top (PHTS-04) in Kolkata on 23/01/2019. After working 7 months, suddenly bomb busting sound came from the product in 08/09/19 & 12/10/19 while cleaning after cooking. Their service technician came & without doing anything confirm that the product is ok. After that the product itself "CAUGHT FIRE" during cooking 3 times between 15/10/19 to 30/11/19. Again their junior & senior technicians came, repair the product in my home & once they have picked the product to their service centre for repair & I got the product after 10 days. Again they lifted the product on 30/11/19 & still they have no intention to replace that manufacturing defect product. They continuously forcing me to collect the defective product from their service center. I have been continuously follow ups on regular basis but they didn't bother.
THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES HAVE NO RIGHTS TO TAKE ANY DECISION RATHER ONLY FORWARDING THE EMAILS TO THEIR SERVICE MANAGER & THE SERVICE MANAGER OF EASTERN REGION SEEMS TO BE MD OF THE COMPANY SO HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO INTERACT WITH CLIENT WHO HAVE SOME SPECIAL CASES.

Hi, My induction stove is at fault and I tried reaching customer centre and someone by name Sharadha picked and denied registering my complaint stating since I didn't provide model number, I told am outside and don't have the number and since I asked to pass it to some senior to check on this, I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then disconnected without any response. PATHETIC PRODUCT AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Dear sir I have purchased prestige make electric induction from big bazaar mangalore in Nov 18 since that tw time I made it operational however it is is suitable for at least one year as operational. Every time I am recurring my expenditure towards repair of induction. At the last I found this worst produc in my life till date.
I request to the prestige company that use good quality of sensors and other materials for make this type of product in indian market for the people of india like me.

I take blender with chopper and beater.on the next day of its use, it stopped working then after searching for service centre, firstly on its warranty card, office is shifted and then from google...offiCe is not present on that address.after doing lot of efforts finally reached to service centre and they just said will change its part and i m waiting for it since 6 days geting no revert from them
One can think what is the service they are providing to their customers
At my other home will using other company's beater since 5 years and never face any issue for that.i think prestige is also renowed company so lets give a try n take it
But after only my first use i face an issue so suggest everone never use its product n defintely never buy and for sure i will never use its products in future

I have purchased 5ltrs clip on cooker from C. S. D. Canteen on 4th Nov. 2018. From the first use no pressure and lying unused. Made telephonic complaint from m. No. XXXX9036 on 6 Nov. 2018 but every time I have contacted customer care a simple reply "Sorry" without listening which indicates that customer care and the management very well know that the product is defective and also their inability to repair it.

Non availability of spares-prestige chimney skhd
We booked a complaint at Visakhapatnam regarding skhd model chimney, immediately local service engineer attended and informed that it's button complaint,as button sets are not available as soon as spares available they will replace the same. Now it's three months gone and our complaint not solved, every time they are telling that spares are not available in the head office. As a reputed company we don't understand for the lack of spares how this is happening.
