Non response to registration for service call
Worst ever so called service on register complaint. I registered a service call on 1st October for which Technician was assigned in 3rd October 2024. Inspite of taking up the matter with service about non response my service call I am sorry to admit that neither the technician has visited nor any call from service centre have been recieved as on date i.e.10th oct 2024

Hello,
I'm writing to bring to your attention a gas stove leakage issue that has been pending for over a month, Gas Stove (GTSB 03 model ) was purchased on 03.07.2024, We noticed gas leakage and cracks on the glass after the month of usage, day by day damages of the glass top have been increased, during initial stage we raised complaint and service engineer inspected on 14th Aug 2024, the stove and committed to replace the damaged glass by 1 weeks time. Despite multiple attempts, I haven't received a resolution or update. Please look into this urgently and provide a timeline for resolution, considering the safety issue.

The service agency (Erode) has forcefully asked me to close this complaint so that you will receive the replacement with the new complaint id. Otherwise, it will be unattended.
Our stove is in critical condition and we are not getting the alternate stove for the time being usage, since we observing gas leakage and glass getting brittle day by day, we are not able to touch the glass.

Prestige Premia gas stove buttons are not working
It has been since 1 month I am complaining & trying to contact your customer care for help.
But no one is taking note of it, it is really worst experience I have ever got.
I have prestige premia gas stove with 4 burners, among 4 burners only 2 burners are working because buttons are jammed.
Take a note of it and help.

We have purchase the said gas stove due to the name and quality of your product.
Wheras after one year the one of the simmest burner valve become tight and it was replaced by your service centre at Dharmapuri,again after 6 months it was
same problem got repaird by paying with your service centre at dharmapuri.Last week the same problem occured and i took stove to service 3 times and the technician was not avilable.I rang him multiple times and ther is no response.
Regret to say that Prestige is loosing its Prestige rapidly i hope what you think.
