CMS Portal

If your complaint against any bank/NBFC or payment system or if you are not satisfied by the resolution, you can lodge a complaint on the Complaint Management System or CMS portal on RBI website or through the link on the RBI App. CMS provides a single window platform for fast and easy online filing, tracking of complaints and also for filing of Appeals. All complaints lodged on CMS would be directed to the appropriate office of the RBI Ombudsman/ Regional offices of RBI.

Procedure To File Complaint Online

Step 1

  • Go to official website and click on File a Complaint option. File complaint online

Step 2

  • Here you have to fill the Captcha and read the guidelines given below.Fill the captcha

Step 3

  • You have to fill you name and mobile number to generate OTP for complaints Enter Your Name and Number

Step 4

  • After that, fill your complainant category ie, your email, district or firm name whome you have to complaint. Select complainant category

Step 5

  • In this step, you have to confirm your details for future processing, select on OK. Confirm by selecting OK

Step 6

  • After all this, the screen reflect the message about the confirmation of your complaint. You can also download it in the Pdf form. Download your receipt of complaint
