I have purchased a Sony TV
I have purchased a Sony TV few days back which has been installed at my house. I thanks for your prompt action to install TV . The person came to install he he told that I came on instruction of service center and I am sending my report to center fro here itself. But I am sorry to say that today in 15 minutes 4 different persons called to know whether your TV has been installed. I told very gently that yes . But again some called when I should send man to install. ? I did not put my mobile again called to about installation. I am failed to understand why your service center people are over enthusiastic about the installation.
It is nice to approach customer but excess of every thing is not good
